Selina looked annoyed when she missed her shot. She raised her gun again, ready to fire. This time, the young thylacoleo was charging straight at her, so she couldn't miss it. But I stopped her quickly.
"Selina, don't kill it. Let's hide first!" I shouted.
Although Selina was puzzled, she always accepted my advice. She lowered her gun reluctantly and jumped onto a nearby tree, dodging the young thylacoleo's charge perfectly.
"If we waste time killing it now, the mother thylacoleo will catch up with us! We just need to enrage this young one and lead it away, then kill it!"
If we killed the young thylacoleo nearby, the mother would probably go berserk and fight us to death. When a thylacoleo went into a rage, at least one of us would die, or worse, we could both be killed.
