“So, Dante didn’t have a sister?” I ask, trying to let the danger around us sink in. I'm putting two and two together, which is churning my stomach. I have precious seconds left before the police re-enter to finish my hushed conversation with Eric.
“Nope.”
“That means someone else is asking about Dante.”

“And you don’t know who?”
