Missing

Dinah smiles as she looks at pictures of her family. When she comes across a picture of a group of girls sitting on the back of a truck. She sees her aunties, Kayla and Maple then her TT, Camren. She looks closer at the picture, finally finding her Mama trying to hide her face behind a little girl who was sitting on her lap with a big smile and looked like she was waving. Dinah tilted her head when she saw the girl sitting on her Mama's lap knowing it couldn't be her Mommy. "Mommy, Mama, I need you" She shouts causing Jay and Rebecca to come running. "What happened, are you hurt?" Jay says as she looks over her daughter making sure she wasn't hurt. This causes the little girl to laugh. "I'm okay Mama but I wanted to ask about this girl in the picture on your lap. I've never seen her before." Dinah asked. Jay tensed up not remembering the picture being in the book her daughter was holding. "Oh, that's Lia. One of your Mama's best friends but she passed long before you were born. We already told your brother about this so might as well tell you. Jay calm down and she is old enough." Her mommy, Rebecca says, then turns to Storm. "I know but it's still hard for a kid her age to understand," Jay says before taking a deep breath sitting down. Rebecca sits down next to her pulling Dinah on her lap. Jay takes another breath before starting the story. "It happened over at the beginning of our junior year of high school. I think that's the same year me and your mommy get together. Let's start at the beginning..."
