“Is it good? Did I do it right” Elsa asked expectantly. Taylor smiled fondly as she looked at the over-enthusiastic Elsa and her first woodwork, a coffee table made of driftwood twigs assembled in an intricate design. Elsa joined Taylor a few days after Thanksgiving to start her internship at Taylor’s woodshop. And Taylor was appreciative for this happy break from all the drama. Her last discussion with Dean was still imprinted in her mind, word by word. But she did not have much time to pounder on it, as she was busy coaching Elsa and keeping her company.
