After killing the humongous dark Wort monster, Chris and Quax walked fast across the ground of the endless narrow canyon, gaining speed faster, as they went deeper and deeper into the canyon, surrounded by the tall rising rock walls on every side of the narrow path.
Walking, they had to dodge huge rock boulders on the ground, alongside ponds of clear water, as they walked further and further inside the canyon.
The open space at the top of the canyon, that lay far above where they were walking, would occasionally change in size as they walked.
Sometimes bringing in lots of light to brightly illuminate their path, and other times thinning so much that there was barely any light on the ground where they were walking.
