Chapter 21 Night had fallen. The wagon had been moving for hours. Korrin hadn’t bothered to check where they were going. He only knew one thing. They’re going away from Kris. The few times he’d peeked his head out the door, guards had been walking beside the wagon, making sure he wasn’t going anywhere. Finally, after almost a full day’s travel, the wagons had finally come to a stop. He tried to open the door and was unsurprised to find that it was locked from the outside. He went to the front of the wagon and found that the other exit, to the top, was locked as well. Now that they were stopped, they didn’t want him going anywhere. They think I’m trapped. But they didn’t know this wagon like he did. It was one of his father’s, and Kaven and Korrin had spent more time in it over the years
