Chapter 15 Korrin was just leaving the Council’s tent, and for once, they were listening. Obviously, Olovina wasn’t happy, but she had listened. He wasn’t sure where she was now, or any of the other members of the Council beside Stochelo, for that matter. But the camp was packing up, so they’d passed the word along. “What do you think?” Korrin asked. Stochelo was standing outside in the cold night air, watching everything unfold. As a rule, Korrin didn’t like any member of the Council, but Stochelo was the least despicable. Or maybe the most, depending on how you look at it. He was always in the background, trying to bend matters to the way that would best benefit him.
