She covered her mouth with both hands as tears dripped on my hand. She jumped with excitement before splaying her hand, it was like this meant the whole world to her. Slowly and more carefully, I slipped the ring on her finger.
I wiped her tears and pulled her into my embrace with the assurance that both of us were going to be alright. "Thank you, Alpha." She said as she rested her head on my shoulder. I was grateful to myself for taking such a bold step.
She freed herself as she kept looking at the ring as though this was her first time being engaged. She was very happy and smiling widely made her more beautiful.
"Start with the wedding preparations and within the next three weeks, we should get married. You can ask Ruth and she would help you."
