Jace pulls the blanket off the back of the couch from behind his head and covers Adalina’s lap with it. “Here you go baby!” Jace says as he pats Adalina’s knee through the blanket.
“Thank you.” Adalina says softly as she moves the blanket to cover mine and Jace’s lap as well as her own.
I give Adalina a confused look, to which she replies with a smile. I’m not cold but okay, I guess. “Thank you.” I say quietly to Adalina confused.
She smiles in return as she turns the movie on. Jace flicks off the light in the living room making it dark aside from the glow from the T.V. Adalina looks so beautiful even in the dim glow of the T.V.
