So demanding last night

Tiffany's POV: The next morning, I woke up with a pounding headache, my temples throbbing in time with my heartbeat. Slowly, I opened my eyes, only to be met with the shocking sight of Aaron lying beside me. My stomach dropped. “F*ck!” I whispered harshly, the panic rising in my chest. Frantically, I lifted the sheets to check. A horrified gasp escaped my lips. I slept with my brother’s best friend. The realization hit me like a freight train, and I clenched the sheets tightly. I must have lost my mind. How could I do this? Flashes of the previous night surged forward, vivid and unrelenting. It wasn’t Aaron who started it—it was me. I was the one who leaned in, who initiated the kiss. I was the one who whispered for him to sleep with me. I ruined myself. Tears threatened to spill as shame coursed through me. I was a divorcee, a mother to a beautiful child. And yet, in one reckless night, I had thrown caution to the wind. But Aaron… Why did he let it happen? Of course, I knew why. He was a player, always had been. To him, it probably meant nothing. A fleeting moment of indulgence. But to me? It felt like a betrayal of everything I’d worked to rebuild. Running shaky fingers through my hair, I forced myself to move. Quietly slipping out of the bed, I hastily dressed and grabbed my things. I didn’t dare look back at Aaron as I bolted out of the room, my heart racing. At the bar’s parking, I found my dad’s car, thanking the heavens for the quietness of the morning. I climbed in, gripping the steering wheel tightly as I drove home, tears blurring my vision. When I arrived, the house was eerily quiet. My mother’s voice greeted me the moment I stepped inside. “You didn’t come home last night. Why?” Katherine asked, her tone filled with motherly concern. I swallowed hard, forcing a casual tone. “I had a few drinks, so I stayed at a hotel to be safe.” I glanced around, eager to change the subject. “Where’s Evan and everyone else?” “Your dad’s out with a friend, and Caleb took Evan for Christmas shopping,” she replied, her eyes narrowing slightly as if sensing something was off. But she didn’t press further. “Go freshen up. I’ll get breakfast ready.” “Okay.” I forced a smile, then hurried upstairs before she could read my face any longer. Once in the bathroom, I turned the shower on full blast, letting the scalding water cascade over my body. My hands gripped the cool tiles as I rested my forehead against the wall, tears streaming silently. “How could I do that?” I whispered, the regret crashing over me in waves. “Why did I kiss Aaron? Why did I let it go so far?” I closed my eyes tightly, the steam enveloping me like a suffocating cloud. “I won’t be able to face him again,” I murmured, my voice trembling. But deep down, I knew avoiding Aaron wouldn’t erase what happened. And I had no idea how I would handle the fallout from last night. Aaron's POV: I woke up to the sound of my ringing phone. It was my Dad. I put away the phone and checked the side next to me. “How could she leave without waking me up?” I chuckled. I smirked because I never imagined Tiffany to be this bold. She was so demanding last night. She wanted me to pleasure her, but I stopped myself. She was so drunk that it felt weird to me to even take advantage of her. I just kissed her. Passionately. Deeply. The feelings that I had buried in my heart for such a long time finally surfaced. Now, no matter what Tiffany would say I would not let her go. I wanted her and I wanted to be hers. Getting down from the bed, I went to the washroom. I looked at my neck and saw the love bite that Tiffany gave me. A smirk appeared on my lips and I went ahead. After twenty minutes, I came out with a towel hanging below my waist. I grabbed a mug of black coffee from under the coffee machine and went to the room to take my phone. “Last night you were hot,” I sent the message to Tiffany as my grin widened. “I wonder if she will pretend as if nothing happened. I am going to punish her if she does that,” I muttered to myself when my phone rang again. It was father again. Pestering me for no reason. “Yes, Dad?” I finally answered his call. “Are you not coming for Christmas?” My dad asked from the other side of the phone. “Yes, I am not. Enjoy it with your family,” I said and hung up. I needed to go and see Tiffany. As I dressed up, I dried my hair and applied my all time favorite cologne. Wearing my boots, I put on a jacket and left for my best friend's house on my bike. On my way, I picked a small gift for Evan, Tiffany's son. I couldn't interact much with him, but now I wanted Tiffany to be mine, I wanted to focus on her child too. Finally, I was in the house and I rang the bell. To my surprise, Tiffany opened the door. As if she had seen the ghost, she almost slammed it on my face, but I put my shoe in between. “That's bad. You are throwing the guy away with whom you shared a passionate night yesterday,” I remarked, stepping close to her. “Will you stay quiet? Also, it was a mistake,” Tiffany said. I pulled my glove off with my teeth and unzipped my jacket slightly, showing her my neck where she bit me so hard last night. “You left the mark on me. What do you have to say about it? You are the first woman who ever did this to my body,” I said, a grin widening on my lips.
