To be given this opportunity is something bigger than Casssandra ever expected. Thanks to her older sister Michelle, she’s going to be able to open her dream cafe. “Cassie’s café & more” Cassandra spent months working on every single detail from the floors to the forks. She wanted everything to be perfect, she wanted it to look amazing. Cassandra spent her time awaiting for the big day for her to finally be able to open it. She was a nervous wreck. Everyone around her believed it was going to be a huge success and that everyone would love her café. Cassandra told herself unwillingly that her dream of this amazing café of hers would crumble. Cassandra met up with Viv.. “Who’s Viv?” Vivian Lee, she was Cassandra and Michelles only closest friend since grade school. Viv and Cassandra went up to the 25th floor of the building, Michelles office. “Hey Chels!” Cassandra says as she walks over and gives her a tight squeeze. “Hi Cass, how’s the café looking?” As she indulges in the embrace given by Cassandra. “It’s looking pretty good honestly!” She says with a smile. “Good.” Viv jumps on them, “Don’t forget about me guys” she laughs, they all start laughing along. Seth & Inez, Michelles fiancée and daughter. Cassandra hasn’t seen them in a while, she missed them. Seth’s going to be working with Cassandra. “Hi cutie pie” she says to Inez with a smile “Hi auntie Cass!” she says as she gives her a big hug. “Come here Inez, I have your cookies” Michelle says, Inez runs over to her with her stubby little legs. “Well, i’m gonna head home and get some rest.” Cassandra says waving at everyone. “Bye!” they all yell. Cassandra lived 15 minutes away walking distance so she liked to walk from time to time. Cassandra was looking down at her phone texting her neighbor. “Im on my way home” “Okay girl, I made some popcorn.. movie night!?” “You bet.” She looked up the rest of her walk, the second she looked back down.. she was hit with a cup of coffee. “Watch where you’re going next time will you?!” She said with anger and coffee dripping down her new red blouse. “I apologize miss but I have to go right now. She was too tired to fight she was glad she was right by the apartment. “Hey girl-“ her roomate Julian said “Don’t ask.” she was too tired to explain “Listen boo, coffee’s to drink, not share with your shirt.” he laughed She let out a sigh but giggled as well. “Well I got the popcorn!” he said “Alright, i’ll be out shortly Cassandra went into her room to change into something more comfortable, she put on some sweats and a plain white tank top. “Lets get our movie on!” Julian said “For sure!!” They ended up falling asleep, lights on, movie still on, and the popcorn bowl falling over their laps.
