Chapter 11 The Wedding

Cathy pov

It's the last day of school, also it is the day of my wedding. I've got this beautiful sweetheart neckline gold dress with silver studs on the bodice that tapers off to the hemline.

I still can't believe that I am actually marrying the man of my dreams. The love of my life.

Although I've known Anthony for two years now, I am nervous about marrying him. I know he loves me, and I love him.

June and Grace are in my room helping me to get ready for my wedding. June did my hair while Grace did my makeup. I put on my dress with a little challenge, but with the help of Grace, I was able to fix my dress.

June and Grace dresses are royal blue sweet heart necklines with gold studs on them.

My father came in and told us it's time. June and Grace went ahead of me while my father stayed behind.

"You look beautiful," said my father. "I can't believe you're all grown up and getting married, I'm going to miss my baby girl."

"Dad, I am still your baby girl," I told him.

Walking down the isleI was extremely nervous when I looked at all the werewolves and lycans that I am going to help rule over it is really overwhelming. But I am going to try my best and do this.

I finally looked ahead and looked up at the man I'm going to spend the rest of my life with. I smiled at him and asked myself when did I got so lucky. He smiled right back at me.

When I got to the alter with my father, he placed my hand into Anthony's hand and wished us both well.

We both exchanged our vows of love and affection for each other. The reception is taking place in the gardens. Where the lay-out and set up with round tables with gold and silver table cloths and high back chairs. The food and wine were of the most exquisite taste and unique blends. It was a blast. After we finish dancing to the song. We were greeted by the alphas of various packs and also other lycans. After which everyone else join in the dancing and excitement and are enjoying themselves.

"Can I have everyone's attention, please?"

said Andrew, Anthony's father. "As you all know, my son has taken the alpha title but has not yet taken the title of alpha king. According to him, he wants to marry his mate and future queen before he takes the title. Now that he has married his mate, it is my pleasure to introduce you all to the new alpha king and luna queen of the Blue Lagoon Pack."

After Andrew announced us as alpha king and luna queen, there were a lot of cheers and congratulations going around. This is the beginning of my journey as queen and luna.

Anthony pov

Before the reception was over, a lot of persons who lived in the pack went home. Most of the alphas and other lycans went home to their different packs. While the rest of the members of our pack were still out dancing and mingling.

Cathy was really looking exhausted as if she could not go any further, knowing she was up from 4 am. this morning. Now it's almost midnight, I asked her if she was ready to go to our room. Although she moved into the packhouse two years ago, she has never really slept in my room overnight. She slept in a separate room but on the same floor.

My mother had said she does not want us to be doing anything before both of us were ready, knowing that Cathy was still going to school. Both our parents wanted Cathy to finish school before she becomes s****l active, and it worked. Although she comes into my room often and spends time, she is still young for me to do anything with her. Even though she was my mate, I would have to wait for her to be ready.

I had to have a lot of restraints around her. The most I do is kiss her, and I try not to prolong the kiss or try and foul around. Just because I am alpha, my parents would kill me if I tried anything out of the way.

But tonight, we both will go all the way. If any of you have not guessed by now, I am also a virgin. Yes, I am a virgin at the age of twenty. That is usually odd for a werewolf. Especially when we find our mates. We would mate and mark each other once both parties are of age.

But when I met Cathy, she was not yet 16. So tonight will be the first time for both of us. We are both inexperienced in this area. Therefore, we both have to learn as we go along.

Cathy pov

I am extremely nervous about tonight, knowing it is my first time. My mother told me about her first experience. She told me the first time doing it, it's a bit painful upon entry, but the pain went away after a while.

That got me a bit scared, but my mother took three days to convince me that it is ok to be scared but nothing to be afraid of. Although I had that pep talk with my mother, it still has not prepared me for how I feel right now.

When we both got to his room, there was a bit of tension that was making me more nervous by the second, and Anthony seemed like he was nervous as well. So I decided to ask, "Anthony, why are you so nervous? I should be the one to be scared and nervous."

The answer he gave me I did not expect that answer.

"Cathy, there is something that I never told you because I did not know how you would react,"

"What is it?" I asked him.

"Well, I'm a virgin as well. I have never done it before, so we are in the same boat. So how about we explore each other and learn while we go," he said to me.

I was so shocked at his answer. I never expected him to tell me that he is also a virgin. "I thought most men when they reached a certain age they lost their virginity because they didn't want to be left out," I said to him.

"You're right, but as a prince and future alpha, I have certain values and expectations to live by and live up to," he answered. "Also, my father always warned me about getting a young lady pregnant who is not my mate. He also taught me how to look out for power females who are just after my title and money, so I was always careful of the ladies I talked to."

"So the man I am in love with since I was 14 is now married to human. So pathetic. He could have done better with me,"I said to myself.

Why choose her when I was right in front of him the whole time. Even two years ago at his birthday party when he told his parents that he had found his mate and that she was human. His father told him to reject her. I can't believe he told his father that he would not reject her because she his is goddess given mate.

For me, mate or not, she is a human, and she is weak. What can she offer him. She will only make him weak, not stronger. I will have to find a way to get her out of the way and get myself as in as queen luna.
