We have literally been prepping for this ritual since last night. I’m exhausted and nervous and a little excited. Even though we managed to get a few hours of sleep the prep for tonight has been grueling. Herbs had to be wrapped for burning, spells reworked to make them as strong as possible, a central fire location set up, and then we had to locate the four corners of the property to start the wards. Thank god there is a golf cart so Rion can drop the four of us off. I know as soon as we get the ritual going all my energy will come rushing back to me until it’s completed but until then I need a nap and an IV of coffee.
