Ana let go of Swan after Swan calmed down. Swan looked down at her feet, “I’m sorry. I don’t know what to do. I know mom said it is for the best, but I don’t understand any of this.” Ana knew that Swan was having a hard time with not being in control of everything anymore. “Swan, there’s some stuff we need to discuss. I feel it would be better if your mom was in here with us to help explain some things.” Dustin walked into Sophia’s room and a moment later carried Sofia out to the chair. Ana smiled at Sofia, “we need to tell her before we go.” Sophia nodded and extended her hand out to Swan. Swan took her hand and allowed her mom to pull her over to her chair.
