A couple of weeks had passed. Cass was busy helping the drama club. Cade had come by a few times during the week, during rehearsal time, including that day, when Cass was choreographing another fight scene.
She jumped down from the stage and patted her neck with a towel. Cade walked up to her and handed her a bottle of water. Lily glared as she peeked from backstage.
"Wow, you really are jealous," Caroline said as she suddenly came from nowhere.
Lily jumped in surprise, then frowned, "can you believe he's with her? After all that I've done for him, he just brushes me off."
"Lily, he has always brushed you off, even before Cassandra Rourke came into the picture," Caroline hung up some costumes on a rack. "Get over it and move on. There's plenty of boys who would love to date you."
