I was on my way to get the kids when my phone rang in my pocket once again. Honestly, I was too tired to even check who was calling me and the most annoying part was who was calling. Zara.
"What do you want?" I asked as I stood at the corner. I didn't want the kids to see me mad and yelling. "Haven't I told you never to call me again? What exactly do you want from me?!"
"Yesterday, I asked for us to see at the hotel. I waited all night for you but you never showed up. You didn't even pick your calls or call back. Or didn't you see my calls?"
"I chose not to see you. Do you have an issue with that? When did you become a controller of my life, huh?"
