Chapter 2

As the minutes ticked by, the vehicle finally came to a stop. I was pulled out, my legs weak and trembling from the ordeal. The mysterious man stood before me, his eyes cold and unyielding. He glanced at me, nodded to the bulky man, and walked off. In an instant, the man lifted me up, and I caught a glimpse of our surroundings. We were far out of the city, surrounded by nothing but vast forests and trees that seemed to stretch on forever. The mansion loomed before us, its grandeur and beauty a stark contrast to the isolation. I was carried to a room, much larger than my old one, and lavishly furnished. Soft lighting illuminated the space, and a plush bed beckoned invitingly. The bulky man dropped me onto the soft carpet, his expression unreadable. "Mr. Evans wants you to feel at home," he said, his deep voice a rumble, before shutting the door behind him. I stood in awe, taking in the beautifully decorated room. Makeup and perfumes adorned the dresser, and I walked over to the closet, my eyes widening at the array of clothes, bags, and shoes neatly arranged in rows and columns. Maybe, just maybe, being kidn*pped by Mr. Evans wasn't so bad. But the thought of him sent a shiver down my spine. I remembered his cold, commanding aura, and my heart trembled with fear. What if I was to be killed? What if I was to be his s*x toy? The possibilities swirled in my mind like a maelstrom. I paced up and down, stroking my imaginary beard as I struggled to come up with a plan. I knew I had to escape, but how? We were in the middle of nowhere. I decided to explore the mansion, to survey my surroundings before making any moves. I walked out of my room, my heart racing with every creak of the floorboards. The dim hallway seemed to stretch on forever, and I walked lightly, trying not to attract attention. The hallway was long, with large framed pictures adorning the walls. One caught my eye - a family, smiling and happy. Parents, a boy, and a girl, all radiating warmth and love. It was a stark contrast to the cold atmosphere of the mansion. I continued down the hallway, my footsteps quiet on the soft carpet. I made it to a staircase, which I guessed led to the living area. I slowly walked down, my heart thudding in my chest. As I reached the bottom step, I heard a low growl. I froze, my heart skipping a beat. Oh my God, I'm scared of dogs. But I managed to remain quiet, peering down into the living area. Below, I saw Mr. Evans lounging on the couch, a giant white mountain lion roaming around the room. It was staring at a man on his knees, its eyes fixed intently on him like it was its next meal. "Mr. Evans, I'm sorry. I don't know anything about the stolen goods. I promise, I wasn't even in the country. Mr. Evans, please believe me," the man pleaded, his voice shaking with fear. Mr. Evans looked at him without a shred of emotion in his eyes. He waved his hand towards one of the big men standing to the side, and without a word, the man was picked up and thrown outside. The mountain lion followed suit, and soon, screams could be heard from outside. They stopped abruptly, and I felt my legs weaken beneath me. "Come down," a deep, muscular voice said. It was Mr. Evans. That was the first time I had heard his voice, and it sent a shiver down my spine. I slowly walked down the stairs, my heart racing with fear. As I reached the bottom step, Mr. Evans looked up at me, his eyes cold and unyielding. The mountain lion was nowhere to be seen, but I could sense its presence outside. I shivered, fearing I might be next. Mr. Evans' gaze seemed to bore into my soul, and I felt like I was trapped in a nightmare from which I couldn't wake up. "Welcome to my home," he said, his voice dripping with menace. I swallowed hard, trying to find my voice. But before I could speak, he turned away, dismissing me. I stood there, frozen in fear, unsure of what to do next. Come on guys Just a like 🥺 , a comment and a follow 🥹 it’ll mean a lot to a struggling writer Much love ❤️
