He looked petrified as I admitted to feeling them. He froze for a moment. "How did you do it?!" He exclaimed.
"I just felt them. What is wrong with me feeling them?"
"That's not important! I will not harbor those bastards in my house and I mean it!" He spat at me. He stormed off and slammed the door behind him.
I felt scared because I knew that my dad had never said something and gone against it before. I needed a back up plan just in case.
I waited till nightfall before sneaking out of the house. I put on a hooded jacket to hide my face so no one would recognise me.
"Hey you!" I heard a husky voice call out. "What have you got in your bag?"
"Nothing." I froze in my steps.
He walked closer to me and lifted the hoodie from my face. "Well look who we have here, if it isn't the omega slut." He smirked. "Come on out boys, we've got ourselves a good one."
From the shadows, a few other guys came out and started towards us. I felt sweat trickle down my back as I got consumed by fear.
It was late and even if it wasn't, nobody would help me. "Please I was framed, try to understand me. I am pregnant please!" I went on my knees as I pleaded.
He cackled maniacally. "We would be doing Alpha Asher a whole lot of good by ending you and stopping that bastard child from coming into this world."
"Please, my children are innocent." I felt tears well up in my eyes.
"Children?" He scrunched his face. "So you mean, there is more than one inside you?!"
"That explains the largeness of her stomach." One of his goons said.
"Should it really matter killing her? What reward will the alpha give rogues like us for doing him a favor he didn't ask of us?" Another of his goons said. "Let us just cut her up and sell her parts."
"No please don't!" I bowed down, my forehead kissing the earth.
They weren't even touched one single bit, instead they mocked me and laughed. "Tie her up!"
"I wouldn't do that if I were you."
We all turned around to the sound of another male's voice. A young man was standing only a few feet away from us with his hand buried in his pocket. The street was so dark that it made it impossible for me to make out his facial features.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" They questioned him with anger evident in their tone.
"All the people that have heard my name died by my hands, if I tell you my name now, I have to kill you. Do you still wish to know my name?" He responded calmly.
"Who the hell does this guy think he is? Take care of him boys!" The boss of the other rogues instructed.
"Well, you asked for it. The name is Noah, the first hybrid in existence." He stated.
"What? Retreat!" The rogue yelled in fear as he started running away.
"You've heard my name, I can't let you escape." He transformed into his wolf form and chased after each and every one of them.
They tried to fight back but even in their wolf forms, he was way faster and stronger. He dug his claws into the throat of one of the rogues and ripped out his esophagus, blood splashing all over the place.
He went onto the next and tore his head in two then clawed out his brain in cold blood.
It all happened so fast, one after the other, he made sure he got them all, designing the road and walls with red thick blood. Some of them were nothing but bloody remains of what used to be a wolf.
I was still trying to process what I had just heard when a gust of wind blew past me. I turned to my side, only to see him squatting next to me. "Please don't kill me."
He raised my head with his hand and glared into my eyes. A familiar set of pale green eyes glowed at me and I suddenly felt locked in his gaze. "You will not remember my name." His seductive accent caught my ears like a rhythm I was bound to obey.
He helped me to my feet. "I only kill those that know my name, do you happen to know my name?"
"I… I thought I did." I felt confused as the name he had said loud and clear a few minutes ago became a distant memory I couldn't reach.
"Well you better not or I'll have to kill you."
"Thank you for saving my life."
"Where is a heavy lady like you going by this time of the night? It really isn't safe. For all you know, I might have killed those rogues so I could have you for myself."
"Are you going to kill me?"
He chuckled softly. His eyes suddenly glowed and he muttered. "Babies…"
"What do you--" I gasped as I felt water trailing down my leg. "My water just broke."
"Where are you going?!" He questioned hurriedly.
"The house with the numbers one and six pasted on the door."
"How long can you hold your breath?"
"Why?"
"Can you do one thirty seconds? Just hold your breath for thirty seconds for me."
"Okay…"
The next thing I knew, he lifted me in his arms like I weighed nothing and I instantly held my breath. Before the countdown of thirty seconds, we arrived at my aunt's place and he pressed the doorbell before disappearing.
Holding my breath didn't stop the hurl that filled my mouth and I vomited it out.
"Who is it? Iris, what are you doing here?" My aunt asked.
"My water has broken!"
"Oh no! Let me get my car keys!" She hurried back in and returned with her keys.
We rushed to the hospital and I safely delivered triplets, a baby boy and two beautiful girls. My son's eyes were a pale green unlike his sisters that had blue like mine.
I drifted off almost after delivery but the sound of a wailing child woke me up. "Dad?"
He carried one of my daughters and started running.
"Dad no!" I tried to chase after him but fell to the ground and started bleeding. I was helpless and nobody was around to help me.
My daughter was taken from me.
