Detective Dickson 2 : The Journey begins

Fear dawns

Ron and Reg had transformed to their werewolf states, they were over seven feet tall with silver fur and dark eyes, they were battling some of Azexela's spawns and it was getting tricky even for the two elites as the spawns had attained final form and showed great strength and resilience.

"Ever sometimes wish you weren't an elite" Ron growls at Reggie as he grabs a spawn and flings it away.

"Yeah, it is a lot of work and that immature brat never appreciates us for the work we do" Reg says as he rips the heart out of one, he was breathing heavily which was surprising for a lycanthrope as they possessed incredible endurance to say the least. In a fair distance from the lycanthropes' position, a woman was holding her baby who was wrapped in a small blanket, she had short dark hair and dark eyes, she was caucasian and she was dressed as a typical work lady, she was screaming hysterically as an Azexelan spawn made it's way towards her, it had reached final form and the snakes hanging from it's cheeks hissed at her, she had dread written all over her face, she held her baby tight thinking this would be her last day on earth when the beast suddenly slumps to the ground dead, Reg was behind it, he was holding a heart in his hand. The woman held her baby tight, she still had the same fearful expression, Reg transforms back to human state.

"Don't worry, you are safe now, I will need you to get out of here so I can take care of this abominations" Reg ends with a sly smile, the woman's face eased a little even though it was still really tense

"Thank you" she finally mouths out. Reg gives a reassuring smile, he then points to a black beetle vehicle not too far from his position, he hands the woman a key.

"That should help you get out of here fast" Reg says with a calm expression, the woman nods and as fast as she could while holding her baby, she run towards the car, gets in and drives off.

The buildings in the area was wrecked, there were destroyed properties everywhere, white pale bodies were lying on the ground everywhere, the clouds were darkening.

"You just had to leave me with those boy scouts, didn't you" Ron says walking towards Reg, when he had gotten to a certain distance, he crouches down on all fours and transforms to human state.

"She needed help and so I had to do that, besides, I knew you could handle yourself" Reg ends with a sly smile.

"What do you suppose these things are, they sure got a lot of resilience" Ron says aloud, there were wounds on his face although it appeared to be healing rapidly.

"I don't know, I just hope it ain't related to the mistress of reality, I got a bad feeling about this all."

"I think it is related, it all connects a few days after her slave came here, this thing visited, lets hope Alucard and Katarina are able to beat her priest."

"You doubting the leaders" Reg smirks .

"Not exactly, it still doesn't hope to hurt, we have seen Alucard especially get out of impossible scrapes and Katarina is just as strong as her father" Ron says with a sly smile. A large black wave hits the ground close to where the duo was, they were able to swerve away in time, smoke covered the entire area, the duo transform to their werewolf forms, they move towards the area, they see Alucard, he was holding Katarina's unconscious body which wasn't giving any heartbeat up or showing any life signs, accompanying him was a young tall mortal.

"What happened" Ron says as he transforms back to human and dashes towards them.

"The priest was more formidable than we thought, he trapped her mind in some other reality, I casted an illusion to distract the priest while I took her body away" Alucard says breathing heavily, he too showed great tiredness in his face. Ron an Reg had amazed looks on their faces, they knew how fearsome the leader of the lycanpride clan was, there was no way she would lose to a mortal.

"What do you suggest we do now" Ron asks trying his best to keep a straight face. Reg was downfallen where he was, he was dazed by what he heard, he had never seen Alucard lose to anyone in a battle, during the previous confrontation with Shekindra, Alucard had faced him off in his dragon form so many times, though he couldn't defeat him, he had always found a way to repel him and protect his surrounding comrades. Shekindra came from a race of demons called Zixchlindri, these demons were one of the strongest around as they had massive reserves of magical energy and they could transform to dragons at will, most of the Zixchlindri race was wiped off as they always ventured into unnecessary conflicts.

"You are joking, I know you never joke but this has to be one, you are Alucard, the king of vampires, there is no way you would lose to a puny mortal, you took on giants, ogres, the goblin army and so much more, you are joking, you defeated the priest, you are just trying pathetically to make a joke" Reg says aloud in a mournful tone, he now had tears in his eyes. Ron quickly runs over to him, he pats him lightly and tries to comfort his friend but the tears kept flowing freely out of his eyes, Alucard just stood there, he too was sad but no tears came out from his eyes, there was nothing he could do, Reg breaks out of Ron's grasp, running over to Katarina's body.

"Wake up, I know you still alive, I will organise the party just as you want, I promised your dad I would protect you before he died,so pleeeeaaaseee wake up" Reg cries profusely as he holds her lifeless body. Reg's sobbing attracted some Azexelan spawns as they began to leap over to them, the snakes on their cheeks hissing out loudly.

"We have to go, pull yourself together, brother" Ron says as he gives Reg a slap on the right side of his face.

"Yeah, that is right, we gotta go, I don't want my soul sucked out, I haven't even had a threesome yet" Theo says aloud, he had fear written all over his face as he saw the incoming hungry Azexelan spawns.

Reg gets up on his feet, Ron transforms to his werewolf state, he makes a large howl and a small vehicle which strangely resembled a mobile home appeared in front of them, it was all painted dark and had only one door located in the middle of the vehicle with no windows.

"Get in" Ron shouts aloud, Theo runs in first, Alucard holds Katarina's body as he dashes inside the vehicle, the door shuts tight.

"Come on, man, you know I can't do this spell without you, we have to get out of here, if we die here, Kilo's sacrifice will be in vain" Ron says aloud with a worried look. Reg just stood there as if he couldn't hear Ron's words, his face portrayed despair. Ron dashes over to Reg and gives him another slap on the face, Reg still didn't bulge.

"Hey yo, those things ain't stopping, can't you grieve somewhere else, I don't wanna die in this shitty city" Theo wails in the vehicle, Alucard shoots him a stern look.

"Hey lemme get out, this vamp wants to suck my blood" Theo says trying to dash towards the door, Alucard pulls him back to his seat, Alucard's eyes turn red.

"You shall sit in this car like the little dog you are" Alucard says in a commanding tone, Theo's eyes turn red too.

"Yes master" Theo mouths out obediently.

"How about your sister, what do you want me to tell her, her brother died stupidly cause of a leader who isn't yet dead, she is just trapped somewhere else, I swear to you, we are gonna get her back" Ron says as he tugs Reg's T-shirt, Reg turns slowly towards him

"Do you promise" Reg asks slowly his eyes still watery.

"Yes man, I do, now let's just f*****g chant the spell together so we don't become meat for this hungry folks" Ron says aloud still with the fearful expression on his face.

"Pinky finger promise" Reg asks.

"Yes man, pinky finger promise, middle finger promise, all fingers promise, let's just get out of here" Ron says aloud, tears beginning to form in his eyes. Reg gives a sly smile as he transforms to a werewolf.

"Ahrais Dasisb Akakam...." Reg begins to chant aloud, Ron joins him and soon enough, they merged into the vehicle but the beasts had gotten to their position, they lunch towards the vehicle but it escapes at an incredible speed away from the area.

"That was close" Ron says aloud, Alucard was sitting in the vehicle, he kept staring at Katarina's lifeless body, he had tears in his eyes, he certainly didn't expect this to happen, the priest seemed undefeatable, he had the power to manipulate reality itself, he had never encountered such, he was gonna have to meet up with Redoulp and if Redoulp couldn't help him, he would visit his father in the attic where he had left him, it wasn't too late for a family reunion. Theo just sat opposite Alucard, he kept repeating 'yes, master.' After a short while, the vehicle stops and the door opens, Alucard comes out, he was carrying Katarina's body, Theo still sat in the vehicle repeating the same words. Ron and Reg has already unmerged from the vehicle and were presently in their human forms. Silently, the trio make their way towards a castle, the gate opens as the trio makes their way towards it, they kept walking and soon arrived at the door of the castle, it also opened and they entered, there was lots of blood splattered all over the walls, there were dead bodies on the ground, some had parts of their bodies detached, others were just lying on the ground, their bodies had turn pale white and their eyes were swollen. Shylock was on the ground, he was barely alive, he was crawling on the ground leaving a huge trail of blood behind him.

"What happened, who did this" Alucard asks, Katarina was still in his hands, Shylock points towards the door of the basement. Alucard drops Katarina's body on the floor as he dashes towards the room, Ron catches the body while Reg goes to tend after Shylock. Alucard bursts into the room, he sees a figure dressed in blue and wearing a blue mask, it was holding a cup of coffee, a mouth had formed in it's mask, he was sipping the coffee from time to time, not too far from his was Redoulp lying on the ground bleeding from a cut in his head, it was the first time Alucard had seen Redoulp bleed.

"This must be the legendary slave of Azexela, the blue blur" Alucard thinks to himself.

"What are you doing here, this place is strictly for only elites" Alucard thunders aloud, he was very weary, the battle with Daniel had taken a great toll on his body an emotionally, he was troubled. The blue blur turns slowly towards Alucard.

"Bruv, you gotta try this, I have been to thousands of universes and I gotta say, you guy make the best coffee, I almost feel bad to watch your universe get destroyed" he says aloud still sipping the coffee, his tone was full of excitement.

Redoulp struggles as he manages to get up on his feet, his puny height against the blue blur was demoralising to say the least.

"This is my universe and it is my job to protect it, I won't let you or your evil mistress destroy it any longer" Redoulp says aloud, The blue blur smiles as he dashes towards Redoulp, he kicks him with his right leg, Redoulp breaks the wall as he crashes against it and slumps unconscious.

"Issa gooooaaaal" the blue blur shouts in glee, turning towards Alucard

"I went to the attic, your dad is dead, saw his robe, I wanted to kill him myself, guess I can't have all the fun" he says aloud as he vanishes from the spot. Alucard runs towards the left side of the room, he mutters some words and an opening appears on the ground showing a small staircase, Alucard quickly descends down the staircase.

"Father, Father, where are you" Alucard shouts aloud as he looks everywhere, he sees his father's robe in one corner and dashes there, he tries to feel for his father's energy but he could sense nothing, he knew his father was gone and was never coming back, he begins to weep as he grasps the robe.
