Declan POV “Come on,” Dad says, taking me by the elbow. “Let’s go to the bathroom and rinse your face.” “No,” I growl, forcing my eyes to stay open, but I fail miserably. My eyes burn like fire, and I keep blinking involuntarily. “I must find her. She’s not doing this twice and getting away.” “Declan, don’t be an i***t,” Dad snaps, yanking me towards the bathroom. “You can’t see s**t. You’ll hit a tree before you leave the premises.” “Dammit,” I sniff, allowing Dad to lead me away. I am openly crying, but I do not care.
