Jasmine's POV
It's been a month since Naomi and Jade dropped the werewolf bombshell on me. That same night, Sean came by with a couple of the pack warriors to collect Joshua's belongings. He has moved back in to the packhouse and hasn't been back to the apartment since. Classes are awkward as we still share them but he stays away from me and doesn't even look me in the eye. After the first week seeing Joshua and Mia all over each other in the canteen, I couldn't take it anymore so me and the girls started going to McDonalds for lunch.
Learning all about werewolves and the way their world works has been fascinating. Naomi, Jade and Sean have shown me their wolves. Naomi's wolf stands at around 5 foot tall and has the softest, silkiest blonde fur I have ever felt. Jade's wolf is slightly smaller than Naomi's and is a deep chocolate colour. Sean's wolf stands just a bit taller than Naomi's and is grey in colour. Naomi and Sean are going to have some unbelievably beautiful pups in the future.
Sean has been spending a lot more time at the apartment since Naomi told him what Joshua did. Apparantly he flipped his lid and attacked Joshua. Naomi has been refusing to go to the packhouse since she attended the family dinner her mum threw to welcome Mia to the family. She came back that night, steam practically coming out of her ears while she ranted and raved about her brother. Poor Sean, I really felt for him that night, Naomi is scary when she's angry. Apparently she takes after her dad in that department.
Alpha Joe and Luna Sarah have been over to the apartment a few times and they are a really lovely couple. You can see how much the Alpha adores Sarah and how she has him wrapped round her little finger.
When she heard all about my event and party planning experience, she asked me to plan their wedding anniversary. I was going to say no but then she offered an obscene amount of money which would help me greatly when I start setting up my own company.
So here I am sat with the Luna, Naomi and Jade putting the finishing touches to the party. Luna Sarah has asked me to attend the party as a guest. I hesitantly accepted, what's the worst that could happen? I'll try my best to avoid Joshua and Mia, plus I will have Naomi and Jade by my side. Jade is hoping to find her mate at the party as there is high ranking wolves, guards and a few warriors from other packs attending the celebrations. I must admit, I am looking forward to seeing the pack house and grounds in person. I've seen pictures of the grand ballroom and the outside party area and they look really eloquent and beautiful.
It's the morning of the party and my stomach is turning. I get up running to the bathroom and empty last nights tea down the toilet. Ugh, I hate being sick. There's a knock on the door "Are you ok in their Jasmine?" comes Jade's concerned voice through the closed door. I quickly rinse my mouth and open the door to her.
"Yeah I'm fine babe. Just my nerves about tonight getting the better of me" and I plaster a smile on my face.
"Are you sure?" She asks me while studying my face, I just nod my head in return.
"Hmm, if you're sure. We have our hair and nail appoitments in 2 hours but Naomi and Sean are both still sleeping, fancy helping me give them a rude awakening?" she asks me with a mischievous grin.
"f**k yeah, I'm in. You grab the bucket and water and I'll grab the airhorn"
"That's girl!" She highfives me before we both go to grab our supplies.
We tiptoe up to Naomi's room and quietly open door. I take my position at the side of Naomi's head with the airhorn next to her ear and Jade takes up her position at the side of Sean with the bucket ready to be thrown. I put one finger, then a second finger and when I put the third finger up, we simultanously do our jobs. Just as Naomi and Sean both scream and sit up, me and Jade jump back towards the doorway laughing our asses off.
"You stupid bitches! What the hell was that for?" She screams murderously at us.
"Call it payback for keeping us up all night. You two up pounding it out all night violated our innocent ears" I reply smirking at her.
Just as she turns and her feet hit the floor, Jade grabs my hand and we hightail it out of there crying with laughter as Naomi shouts out allsorts of curses and expletives. That girl sure does have the mouth of a sailor.
Me and Jade make a start on breakfast while we wait on the grumpy duo to join us. Just as we are plating up, they walk in to the kitchen with Naomi shooting us deadly glares and Sean muttering about being surrounded by immature giggles.
"Peace offering" I declare as I put Naomi and Sean's plates in front of them.
"Goddess yes baby girl, I love your fry ups" Naomi shouts in glee before tucking in.
Sean just grunts at me and reminds me that I've forgotten his black pudding and mushrooms again.
"No Sean, like I keep reminding you, I haven't forgotten. Black pudding and mushrooms are disgusting and I refuse to have them in my kitchen" He rolls his eyes at me and starts to dig in.
"Luna Sarah is on her way over. Joshua has just mindlinked. Apparently, the Alpha has kicked her out because she is barking orders at the omegas and scaring them" Sean breaks the silence.
We all start laughing, I noticed while planning the party that the Luna is very particular and can be very bossy.
Right on cue, she walks through the door.
"Mum what have I told you about knocking? One of us could have been naked" Naomi exclaims.
"Nonsense deary" she waves her hand in dismissal at Naomi "We are werewolves and nudity is natural for us"
And with that the Luna starts planning our day and ordering us all around.
