We arrived at the chamber with a sense of urgency.
So many questions lingered in my heart as Ryan let go of my hand and walked towards his throne.
The council members were already seated at the round table and judging from the look on their faces, Ryan was certainly in trouble.
“We cannot have an Alpha without a wolf” One of the council members revealed as he got up to his feet.
“I understand that I may have betrayed your trust, but questioning my authority as Alpha isn’t fair” Ryan replied.
The door opened and Darius walked inside.
Behind him, Isabella was standing and when our eyes met she held a smile on her face.
Whenever Isabella was around, trouble was bound to happen.
“The council has unanimously declared that you are to step down as Alpha”
