I'm heading out at the information desk, someone is looking for me? As I reached I saw a guy standing there and smiling genuinely. He's wearing a red cap, a red jacket with black linings on it and black shoes.

"Iya! A delivery man is looking for you!" Luis shouted, I strode myself there with them. And asked the deliveryman where's my parcel.

Once, I got it I instantly go back to my post where I was reading my novel. Luis is following me and I know he's curious about my parcel.

"Iya! God! What is that again? A book for medicine or a novel for your unborn desires?" I frowned at him, "Shut up, Luis. Yes, this is a book for medicine and also this is for my unborn desires. Are you okay with that now?"

"Chill, Iya! It's not I am against with but a bit for that unborn desires of yours. Isn't that cliché? Like reading some romantic novel about a girl and a boy who falls in love with each other then something happened that deepens and strengthens their relationship? It isn't that also ironic that you are reading romantic novels yet you are single?"

I rolled my eyes on him of my disagreement and annoyance. "Whatever, Luis Suarez. Go to your post now and I need to relax here." He's laughing his ass off while biding his good bye's.

"Yes! Iya Madison!" I guess I have to kill someone now.

"f**k You, Luis!" And I still heard him laughing in the hallway.

My shift for today was just ended and I'm here outside at the mini-park of our hospital, reading my favorite English novel. It's so intense that Sophia found Caden cheating with some random girl. I feel sad for Sophia loving someone who's not sincere enough with you. How tragic.

I still have one more chapter before I'll go home but here comes the annoying Luis Suarez, he's gay and he's my longtime friend.

"What are you looking at Madison?" I rolled my eyes. "What's with the attitude, Sis?" "Hey, Madison! listen to me, I have some tea's to tell you"

He got my attention, I arched my brow. "What is it? Be sure it is important or I kick your ass off nowhere."

"So here's the tea, Sis! I'm beautiful! Haha, I got you!" I hit him on the head. "Ow! What was that!"

"I feel like my eyes will elude with its owner just because of you. You are so irksome, Luis!"

"Chill, honey! Here's the tea I will tell you it now seriously Madison."

"Be sure of it, Luis. So what is it?"

"There's a new surgeon in our department and he's a man Madi!" He's screaming and twitterpated.

"Who is he?"

"He's Mr. Lucas Cameron, you know I already searched him and he's so damn handsome, Madi!"

"Whatever, Luis! Get your hands off with me. You're so touchy when you are like this."

"And you are so rigorous." He said and give me some glared then he rolled his eyes before he walks out.

"Good morning everyone, I'm the newest Neurosurgeon in town. I'm Lucas Cameron from South District. Nice to meet you all." He has this charming personality but at the same time, he's cold. Weird.

"Girl! Madi! Let's go we have to introduce ourselves to Mr. Cameron."

"Wait, what? It is necessary…" He didn't finish me to talk and just grabbed me pretty hard.

"Hi, Mr. Cameron! I already introduced you to you earlier, right? But I am here to introduce my friend here. She's Iya Madison and ready to mingle." I still don't know if Luis ate megaphone because he's too loud.

"What?" I faced Luis but he's grinning his ass off. Then, I faced front at Cameron.

"Look, I'm sorry on behalf of my…" He didn't finish me but,

"I'm Luis Cameron, I'm single also but I'm already engaged with my work." He then gets his hand for shaking hands but before I grab his hand he walks out.

"Okay? What was that means?" I ask myself in disbelief?

"It means he likes you," Luis stated leaving me wide mouth opened.

It's nine o'clock in the evening but I'm still in the hospital. And now I am in front of a vending machine but it doesn't work properly. I keep banging the coin slot. Yet, nothing's happening then few minutes I got my coin back.

"I got it! Ooh! It falls!" Once, I've got my coin it falls on the floor and it keeps rolling over. And also, I keep on eyeing it and following where's the direction it will stop.

It already stops but before I could get it, someone steps on it. I looked up and I saw his cold eyes but it looks beautiful. I stared at it and mesmerizing, it feels like he's dragging me with just a simple cold stare.

Then, I just realized it was Lucas Cameron and he's stepping on my coin! I immediately get up and levels him. I glared at him but he didn't even moves, he's just watching me intently.

"W-wait, why are you here?" s**t! Why I'm stuttering! He didn't answer so I did continue.

"Hey, I said why are you here? And, oh! You are stepping on my coin. Don't you have something to say to me?"

"Why aren't you answering me? Why are you deaf? Jesus!"

He slightly kneeled and he gets my coin and walks out. "What was that again?"

"We're here at the hospital." I murmur, "Asshole!" I whispered near his ear, took the coin from his hand, and left him there, hanging.

"So you are fond of reading stuff like that huh." I look around and there I see Mr. Frigid guy.

"Oh don't look at me like that Ms. Madison, you're scaring me. I am thinking that you are a witch right now and you are casting spells with such an eye glare." My mouth widened.

"You're such a dumbass asshole!" I shrieked at him.

"Easy, we are in the hospital."

"You always said that but here you are ruining my peaceful life." I walk out and go to the Emergency Room.

"Dr. Suarez!" I called him he's in the receiving area of the Emergency Room.

"Yes? Do you need anything, Dr. Madison?" He said, then flashed a knowingly smile at me.

"No, but I heard that in Room 405 the old man with some Cerebral Aneurysm, can I have that case?"

"Wait? Are you sure?"

"Yes, I heard that there's no doctor who's willing to accept his case. So why not?" I hope he'll agree.

"Hmm? Alright! I'll support you and I'm gonna ask Mr. Lavinton for his approval? Don't worry he'll say yes." I hug him tight. "Gracious! Thank you!"

"O-oh! They are watching us."

"I forgot we are in the public place."

"We are in the hospital." We said in unison and knowingly laughs.
