Arc 4 - Prologue: Declaration

"We're here at last."

After three days on the sea we made it to the mainland of Eastern Alliance, the Alliance is not a country but a combination of many tribes. Every tribes have their own strength and weaknesses, but in the end, much like Soleil, the war ended when the tribes learned the facts that the war is meaningless. So they started to communicate with each other and that is the birth of the Alliance, every tribe with their location and their duty to the Alliance.

"So there are six region in the Eastern Alliance, the border, the outskirt, the stream, the fall, the gathering and the heart of the forest. The heart of the forest is forbidden to enter by everyone except the spiritual beast, or the spirit you may say like that."

So after the agreement with the ambassadors from the East, Squad 1 is allowed to stay and join in any festival, like every other beastman we are not allowed to access the heart of the forest. The fall is dangerous so we should be careful and Chihoyo isn't here because she stayed in Soleil for study purpose and she is staying in the house of the Hardelbert. But back to our current matter, this is not a students exchange program, so we have to start our investigation, master Lucius's crow give us some news about the traces of WORLD.

"That crow."

"It's our allies, it bears the symbol of Giselbert's family. So any news you have ?"

The crow turned into a letter, but the ability is not the thing i am surprised with, it is the content of the letter, it is simple but it tells us everything we should know about WORLD. They are everywhere, every regions, every tribes, there are so many of them, but the first thing we need to taking care of is the fact they can have influence on every tribes. This is how they can have Arborine in their hand without the need of doing anything but waiting, those cowards lying and waiting in the dark, they wait for the perfect moment for them to strike taking everything away from the people of this world.

"Those silent cowards... Pretty bird, can you continue to watch them for us in the border ? I have my own plan."

"You have your plan ?"

"Yes. Yoh, and i need your help with this plan, i need a distraction, a festival should be enough when you can lure them out then the eyes of truth that three nobles of Soleil have can detect them. We need to stop the threat when it is just an ember."

"Perfect, we need a festival to celebrate your arrival but it should took a few days to prepare. It shouldn't be long since everything is prepared but how to ensure that people would be safe from them ?"

"I swore with my life i will protect them, the blessing of the water spirit can protect everyone. I will protect everyone like when i protect my squad from the titans, i will protect everyone."

"I am a spirit of the east and a spirit of this world, of course i will protect everyone. I am here because of their faith afterall, my people are precious to me, but i will follow Higeki's plan."

I have my own plan but what they can heard, they are everywhere that also mean their eyes are everywhere. Tomoe, only you and i can know about this plan, i don't want to create a secret but that is what must be done and what have to be done. Until the day i can i find a way to speak with other like this this can go on between only two of us. 

"(So do you accept the fact that we're spirits of water ?)"

"(No, you can say i am one of your loyal follower and the one that reveice your blessing.)"

"(That is so boring.)"

"(I think that is interesting much more than accept the fact that i am spirit.)"

"Higeki, be careful."

I heard the sound of a bullet and seprated my soul out of my body, that also created a barrier that block the shot. The first thing i do is using one of the song to create a barrier for my team, the melody formed a shield and every other bullets is block but then the sniper decided to use another bullet. This time it seem to work because a c***k appear on the barrier of my body, my power is not erase completely the damage but erase most of that and transfer the rest to the main source. That is the reason why a small c***k appear on the barrier, but that is enough, the moment Tomoe saw that c***k the next bullet is blocked by his fan.

"That is enough of trouble you brought on us. Your commander never taught you that you should never stand near any sources of water when you faced against me, my children have been watching you for a while now."

The sniper perform at least three more shots but all of the bullet is blocked by Tomoe's fan and a ice-like crystal barrier, but that is not everything about Tomoe, not only protecting and blocking. Tomoe ran faster toward the location of the sniper, commanding water to bind the sniper, a bullet aim toward him but Toko's blade cut right through it. His techniques can be equal to Siorre for such a young child like that, every cut is precise and combine to that, he has something else, everytime he attacks, a splash of ink appear on the ground.

"That is the spirit of his family, Toko is a young child with cute side and his head always on the cloud but when he focus in the battle, he changed into another person with every cut is precise. The reason he is sent on this mission is protecting us but like any child, he is just as cute and innocent."

"Tomoe, you have a rival."

"If i can vote, i think our god is much cuter than Toko."

"He is much younger so you can say that is correct."

"Younger ? Tomoe is much like a pure child, after his disappearance, his memories is gone, he tried to find those scattered memories and of course making new memories."

Memories, Tomoe is finding them but for me, i am playing a game of puzzle with them, which one is the right one, which one is the perfect pieces. Tomoe is a straight road but i am a person from two worlds, my memories from two worlds and that created a puzzle. Tomoe can slowly reached his goal while i need to find the most important piece of the puzzle the one pieces that link everything together but there is no need to haste on this journey. I am enjoying it after all.

"That should be the end for you Mr Sniper."

"You insolent child, don't think this is over."

"No, this is the beginning but i just can't let you running around and telling you team to attack us right ? Good thing that Orlios give me a few tools that should come in handy, a follower of water god never kill anyone so, would you mind staying still in this place for i don't know, eternity."

The cosmic-colored orb shine with golden starlight, and of course the orb absorbs the existance of sniper like what it does to the parasite. Guess Orlios will have something in his collection for fun but doubt he wants this in his collection, the house of Yhaeon do wierd hobby but everyone have their own thing they like to do. 

"No need for that festival Yoh. This is the peak of my endurance, we can celebrate later and you can see what i can't do, a c***k appear on my barrier. Everyone, i need your help, these people won't stop until they get their hand on what they want, Edolin should act right now so i suggest we need to act too."

"So the first declare of war against them ?"

"Yes, this is our declaration. Yoh, i want you to spread the word to every tribes, i need as many help as possible but becareful of their ambush. The wood can be dangerous, we ignored this too long this became an advantages to them."

"We should taken a threat coming to us, now we basically give them every advantages they need to dominate this world."

"The forest is lush, the moonlight can reach every corner of the ground, i will need to call all of my brothers and warn them, our talents only useful when we are together."

Tsuki the polar bear using his power, but because it is the middle of the day so his power is weak. Tsuki along with brother, Hoshi and Taiyo are the oracles of the Eastern Alliance, with Tsuki alone he can't do anything so they need all three. So we decided to march toward the gathering because that is the safest place, the border is full of people from WORLD so the gathering should be the safest place. 

"We will need more reinforcement to pass them, i will need to contact with my Edolin family. I know this is not a good decision because we need to make a camp here in this border. I don't want to lose anyone else."

The only one who can help me now are them, Aethelred can cause a snowstorm, Ikuni can be a deadly killer while Jorges will do everything to keep us safe because that is who he is. Really wish they can be with me right now but they have their own thing they need to do, they need to protect Edolin from WORLD and Orlios is protecting Soleil. But i felt a hand on my back, Sou always here to protect me afterall and then Tomoe hug me from behind and ensure everything would be alright.

"By the call of the lord of clear water, come before me, the guardian of the forest."

Of course how can i forgot that, every forest have a guardian, a god of the forest, because the god of the forest serves the grand four elements. That is just genius Tomoe, the god of the forest of Eastern Alliance is much more majestic than the god of the forest of Soleil. A girl riding a white deer, her beautiful hair with slight yellow color much like the color of wheat, her face reflect purity but deep inside i can felt her anger.

"Please lord Tomoe, please expel those people out of my forest, they come from another world, they got in the tribe, deceited people as friendly neighbor. They are corrupting this forest, cutting down trees, mining for everything in this land with countless of their machine and murdered anyone oppose them."

"That is why we're here, our friends from Soleil and Edolin are coming, we need your help to get us through the forest. We doubt the fact they are staying in the forest and they can ambush us in any moment."

"As long as i am here and now i know the world can fight against these people, the forest won't held back any longer."
