“He’s pregnant,” said Dr. Iho. We all looked at her like she was crazy, and rightly so. The room remained silent for a while.
My brothers and Parker and I all had confused faces, trying to figure out what words Iho was speaking. She finally looked at us as if she was waiting for us to speak. What exactly were we supposed to say?
“Look, this is a serious matter,” said Axel. “It’s not time for jokes. What is actually wrong with him?”
