WRITE’S POV
Audrey stepped cautiously into Axel's cabin her heart racing. She’d been called unexpectedly without any reason given and every instinct warned her that something was amiss.
Two whole days had passed and no one was yet to speak to her from where he locked her up. There were other people locked up in his basement.
She wondered if he went around capturing people just for the fun of it.
Inside, Axel stood near the wide porthole gazing out over the endless expanse of ocean. His stance was calm but his expression revealed nothing leaving her unsure of what lay ahead.
“Ah Audrey” he said turning to face her with a cold smile. “You look stressed and tired.”
“I didn’t think I had a choice what do you want?” Audrey replied keeping her tone as steady as possible.
