The Unity Lost

Chapter 1: The Unity Lost
Long before the hatred, before the bloodshed that split the Black Breed and the White Breed into rival kingdoms, there was a time of peace—a time when both tribes were united under one banner, a single ruling family.
In those days, the lands stretched wide and prosperous, with both breeds living in harmony. The White Breed were known for their intelligence, their sharp political minds, and their unmatched ability to navigate the complexities of society. The Black Breed, on the other hand, were fierce warriors, protectors of the land, their strength unparalleled in battle. Together, they were a force unlike any other, a kingdom built on mutual respect and love.
The King, a wise and fair leader, ruled both breeds with the help of his beautiful Queen, a member of the Black Breed. Their union was one of love and diplomacy, an example of the strength that could come from unity. Their child, Prince Eryk, was destined to inherit a kingdom that would rule the lands for generations, uniting the best of both breeds.
But as time passed, greed, jealousy, and envy began to fester in the hearts of the people. A growing tension spread like wildfire through the kingdom, whispering in the ears of those who believed one breed was superior to the other. They said the White Breed’s intellect was becoming a tool for manipulation, using their charm to control the kingdom for their own gain. The Black Breed, proud of their strength, began to feel their power being overshadowed, their warriors becoming mere pawns in a political game.
The discontent reached a boiling point when the King, in his wisdom, made a decision that would forever alter the course of history. In an attempt to ease the growing tension, he proposed a change—a new leadership structure where the White Breed would take the lead in political affairs, and the Black Breed would retain control over the kingdom’s military. It was meant to be a solution, but it only made things worse.
The White Breed felt betrayed, sensing that the King’s decision placed them in a position of lesser importance. The Black Breed saw it as an insult to their honor, a dismissal of their strength and role in the kingdom’s foundation.
Rumors began to circulate. Whispers of a hidden agenda. A plan for one breed to rule over the other. The seeds of betrayal were sown, and soon the leaders of both breeds turned against the monarchy.
The Queen, once a symbol of unity, became a target of resentment from both sides. Some believed she had orchestrated the change for her own people’s benefit, while others thought she was simply a puppet to the White Breed’s political games. The couple’s love, once a beacon of hope, began to crumble under the weight of the kingdom’s strife.
It wasn’t long before open rebellion erupted. The Black Breed and White Breed, once united in purpose, split into two kingdoms. Bitter and unforgiving, each side blamed the other for the collapse of their shared dream.
The King and Queen, heartbroken by the destruction of their kingdom, were forced into hiding. Their son, Prince Eryk, was kept safe, but his future was now uncertain. The legacy of unity was lost, and the land was divided into two warring factions: the White Breed, with their keen minds and political strategies, and the Black Breed, with their warrior hearts and strength.
And so, the kingdoms remained divided for over four long years, each side harboring a deep hatred for the other, each one fighting for control, power, and vengeance.
