Cori wiped away the tears from her cheeks and stared at her reflection in the mirror. She hated crying, especially when they were angry tears. Never in her life had she been so insulted by her sister. It was as if she’d been arguing with their father instead. Cassie was just as judgmental.
Turning off the lights around the mirror, she walked back into the bedroom. She stared at the king size bed, hoping she could sleep in it. Too bad Jesse wasn’t there to share it with her.
