James POV:
“Maria,” I repeated while shaking her body, she slowly looked up at me with surprise, her eyes were red again and she was crying.
“f**k, what happened?” I asked as I placed my hand underneath her chin.
“I did something bad right? I killed an unborn baby,” she sobbed loudly and looked down to her stomach. She was already regretting her decision and that’s exactly what I wanted but seeing her in this horrible state was heart wrenching.
“No, you didn’t do anything wrong. You did what’s best for you! Now come on, don’t cry. What have you done to yourself and the apartment?” I asked as I tried to pick her up from the ground but she didn’t get up, instead she pulled me down beside me.
