"Is everything okay ?"Autumn snaps her fingers in my face .
The soft and dull sound of her fingers pull me out of my thoughts and bring me back to reality.There is no denying that I can't stop thinking about Lennox and what happened between us during my tutorial session with him.It was like he was a totally different person.The way his eyes changed colours and the way he was careful not to drop me.
He also called me his mate.I wonder what that meant and what that has to do with me but there's no way I'am his mate.I'm not his friend or even foe.So for him to call his mate is an absurd exaggeration.He wasn't even on drugs and I doubt he takes drugs.He is the baseball captain after all.
