CHAPTER 14 In the morning, Selene wanted to be radiant. She certainly felt happy enough, but her nausea rolled and churned so badly, she had to nibble a piece of bread to quiet her stomach enough to keep the medication down. As she waited on her first cup of coffee, Brandon walked into the kitchen and put his arms around her from behind. He laced the fingers of one hand through hers.
