"Elijah, I'm sorry." Sophia said to him again as he laid in bed, asleep. She grabbed his hand lightly as a flood of emotions hit her. All of this was her fault, she was sure that if she never traveled back in time, none of this would have happened. "I just wish I knew how this happened. It was just a dream, or I thought it was a dream." There was a minute of silence as Elijah slowly started to wake. With his eyes closed, he paid careful attention to what Sophia said. He wanted her to get out of this guilt mindset. He wanted to see her smile, happy, like he saw her in the ball. She hadn't smiled that large since that night. "It has been long since I've seen a smile on your face." He said with his eye closed. Sophia felt her heart race in her chest. There was so much she wanted to say now
