"I don't want to hurt you." Elizabeth said with a stick in her hand pointed at Sophia. All of Elizabeth's family and even the maids were outside since lunch was done the next day. After dinner yesterday, the family quickly made plans for the next few days. The next full moon was only a week away and Tom knew that was not enough time to prepare, but they had to at least try. The tension in the air was thick. Everyone knew what was coming but no one wanted to talk about it. Instead there was a silent air of unspoken works and lingering thoughts.
