brothers (book one)

  Rory: Here's where it started, I was peacefully sleeping when the phone rang I answered and the other person on the line said "Is this Lorraine"   "yeah that's me, who's this?" and they said"this is doctor Michaels, I'm calling to tell you there was an accident," I blacked out for a few seconds before I heard him say "gone, i'm so sorry". Then the phone suddenly wasn't in my hand anymore It was a few feet away from me on the ground and for the first time in a long a*s-time I cried. - - - Later that same day when I was at home again, after going to the hospital and confirming the bodies, I was going through my dads home office packing things up, It was the last room I'd already packed up the rest, and found a note labeled 'For Rory ' After a while of attempting to prepaire myself for what I might read, I opened it and it said  ' Rory it's dad I know you're scared and sad but you'll be okay I promise I don't really know what happened I wrote this when you were 12, so whatever it was that's making so you found and read this just remember I love you kid, this number (###)-###-####, is your birth fathers, and I know you don't wanna meet him but he's who you'll be living with until you're 18 and if you hate it take the money that was left to you and come back to the house, everything is in your name, so you'll be alright kid, call him and tell him what happened tell him that it's you and you were told to contact him, that's all you need to do, okay? I know you are upset and mad but call him, alright kiddo. I love you kid really I do, we all do. - dad '   - Right well I called him, after I was finally able to stop crying, here's how it went He picked up after three rings I was trying not to cry but obviously it wasn't working I finally sniffled and my father said "Tom? Is that you?" I laughed slightly and said "No, dad. It's me." There was silence for a while before he said "Lorraine? Darling what happened" 'Darling '  the way he said it as if he's talked to me at all since giving me up made me almost want to puke. However instead of projectile vomiting all over my fathers things I responded instead. "Yeah um, so there was an accident-"what accident what happened!?" he very rudely interupted me "Well dad " I said with venom clear in my voice "There was a car crash, no one made it out."  After a while he responded "Oh I see, does that mean you'll be moving here then?" he asked almost happily. "And where per-se is 'here'?" I asked in my most sarcastic voice. "Here is Duluth Minnesota" He said and I could just tel he was smirking. So naturally me living in Texas was completely against it. "No way in hell am I moving there!!!"  And naturally I got my way... is what I'd like to tell you however It's exactly the opposite. - - - So here I am in front of this huge a*s house in the middle of the woods, in Duluth, Minnesota, like the f**k, I don't wanna be here. UGH. I'll probably get murdered. As I was prepairing my self to knock father dearest opens the huge-a*s door and practically shouts "welcome!!! come in! come in!!!" Annoying the s**t out of me and f*****g up my hearing-aids. So I started to enter the big a*s house, but stopped when I saw not 1 not 2 hell not even 3 but f*****g 15 teenage and older looking boys standing there looking bored as hell, they then saw me and there eyes turned to saucers. Am I that bad looking jeez. Rude much. Bane: Hey i'm bane i'm mute and just found out that my triplet Rory is gonna be living with us, here let me explain me karma and Rory are triplets, above us are............... Luca and Storm they’re twins- 17 Then Alechy and Zephyr also twins- 18 Then Ray, Jay and Zay also triplets- 20 Then Mason and Michael twins-22 Then Sebastian and Austin twins-24 Then Cole-26 Then Nathaniel-28 We're all close in age for the most part. Our mom died giving birth to me, Karma and Rory she finally got the daughter she wanted and all she got to do was name her, pretty sad. Anyway we all still live with dad well everyone except Mason, Micheal, Sebastian, Austin, Cole, and Nate they all live in the city near the lake, our house is sort of in the middle of the woods, whatever anyway so today Rory is moving in with us me and karma are really exited the rest kinda just wanna get it over with but that's cause dad talks about her like she's well I don't know how to describe it but It's different, you'd kinda think everyone of us would want to meet her but no, just me and Karma, who cares though we are finally getting our sister. - - - So we just heard the car pull up and dad said everyone had to be to meet her so we were all lined up by age, oh s**t. Dad opened the door and shouted "Welcome. come in. come in!!!" probably so we could prepaire oursleves He then stepped out of the way and in came a gorgeous blue and purple haired girl with a brown and a green eye, exactly like me and Karma, everyone was looking at her weird but that's is cause of the piercings and the way she dresses here i'll tell you what she looks like, she has a bar in her right ear below it were 5 regular ear piercings and gauges on her left ear were gauges than 8 piercings above them in consecutive order she had spider bite lip rings a stud in her nose, she was wearing leather combat boots and camo cargo pants that are green, she was also wearing a long sleeved crop top with 3 buttons at the top and bleach stains and paint covering it she was wearing a black choker with a bird head dangling from it, like a small metal one, and she was wearing like 20 bracelets on her arms and she had a belly button piercing too, and you could see a tattoo peeking past her bracelets and sleeves you could also see ink on her sides and a tattoo peeking from under her top. I was shocked at the way she looked (mainly the tattoos i mean she's 15 *almost 16* for god's sake). so I mean she was pretty but it was shocking that she looked like that like, wow. Oh great Karma decided to speak up and say "heyyyyy, I'm Karma nice to meet you I like your piercings" he then extended a hand to her. She dropped her bags one sounded like a bunch of metal clanging together, huh, and walked up to him and said in this soft sad voice "Hi, I like your piercings too" did I mention that me and bane both have our ears pierced and we had matching tattoos on our arms that said 'f**k you and your stupid society' and he had a lip ring on the right side of his lower lip. After she said that he just walked right past her while saying "Thanks want help with your bags me and bane can lead you to your room" she responded with "Sure" with a weird look on her face. He then as he pointed to me said "that's bane he's mute but he's nice-ish you me and him are triplets" wow, Karma, way to drop a bomb on the poor girl. Wait a second. "That's cool" she then looked at me and continued "I always liked the name Bane it sounds cool, hope get along" she said as she smiled at me. I just smiled and walked past her Karma and dad followed me, we grabbed her bags and I motioned for her to follow me up the stairs. Rory: So I'm a triplet, that's new, anyway so I followed Karma, Bane and father up like a million stairs (not really but I'm lazy hush you) and we reached a door between two others one was red and said Karma the other was black and said Bane mine was between the two it said Rory and it had writing all over it from the looks of it, it was the lyrics to the yuri!!! on ice theme, that's awesome as f**k, anyway so father opened the door and turned the light on the room had 3 beanbag chairs in the far left corner next to a king sized bed the walls were all black chalk board and there was chalk hanging on the wall the ceiling was a galaxy with glowing stars covering the entire place across from the bad was a 50 something inch flat screen with every single gaming consle in the world with a huge amount of movies and games under it. next to the bean bag chairs the 2 walls they were on were just shelves covered with books of every kind ranging from George R.R. Martin to books by like Sui Matsui and stuff it was amazing the bed covers were even a galaxy there was a huge closet for me to fill with clothes and even my own bathroom, like this room is amazing I looked back and my father and brothers and said "This is my room?" father responded with "Yeah, and if you ever need anything you can go to Bane or Karma they can help you with anything you might want."  "Okay thank you" "For what" he said with confusion lacing his voice "For everything" I responded "Your welcome" he said with a big smile - - - it's been about 2 hours since I got here and I've unpacked everything and Bane and Karma have just been sitting in two of the three bean bag chairs playing C.O.D while I unpacked I joined them about a half hour ago and just won "HA I win" I said as I stuck my tongue out at the two of them before Karma could say anything there was a knock on my door. I went over to it and opened the door and said "Yeah '' one of the brothers I think Storm? said "dad said to get you three, there's dinner" I said "Kk. Be right down" he then disappeared I turned to Karma and Bane and said "How do I get to the dining room?" Karma just laughed and said "Follow us" he walked past me and ruffled my hair so naturally I flicked his nose and ran for dear life with him on my tail I somehow got to the stairs and jump down like five at a time to get away from the boy behind me, but suddenly I was in the air over Karma's shoulder giggling and screaming as he spinned me around, I then heard a herd of footsteps and suddenly we were in front of 13 annoyed boys and a very amused father. Bane: - - - We all just finished dinner and me and Karma and Rory were walking back towards our rooms when Luca came running up to us all and said "Wait!!! You three should come watch movies with us in the cinema room." "Maybe tomorrow let's let her rest for tonight" Karma said with a cold expresion (him and the rest of our siblings don't get along much.) "fiiiiiiiiiineeeeeee" he whined like the child he is. He then retreated to the movie room, and I was about to walk into mine when my sleeve was grabbed I turned around to see Rory looking at me and Karma looking at the both of us, she then grabbed Karma's sleeve too and as she looked at us she said "goodnight" then let go of us and as she smiled at us we looked at each other Karma probably thought the same thing I did and we both embraced her in a bear hug but she's small so you probably couldn't even tell she existed but I don't think she really cared seeing as she embraced us just as much as we did her.  Cole Hey my name is Cole I'm the second oldest in the family of 15 guys, and now one girl and I don't get it why the hell is she even here. dad doesn't tell us s**t he just called everyone up one day and said 'oh hey your getting a sister be here on Saturday by 12:00' like the hell. you mean the one you didn't want, you mean the one who you got rid of the day she was born only because she was a girl, for what reason I gave up asking on Karma and Banes 12th birthday when I heard dad crying as he looked at a photo of her on the beach by the ocean waving at the person taking the photo. It was the second time I've ever seen him cry, It was also the last. Anyway today is the day she gets here, and I always wanted to know what my baby sister was like but now that I've seen her, I kind of regret it. Don't get me wrong she's not mean or anything she just looks like, I don't know how to describe her, intimidating? She was wearing cargo pants and combat boots, she had like I don't know maybe 20 or so piercings, and at least 4 tattoos, she's 15 she shouldn't have tattoos yet. who the hell let her have those, and her general aura screamed, 'LEAVE ME ALONE'. I don't get it who raises a kid to be like that.  - So me and my brothers are all currently sitting the living room in front of  paused TV listening to our dad and sister fight but we can't hear to well based on the fact that they are a floor up and on the other side of the house but we could all hear when she opened the door screamed 'f**k YOU' at our dad then slammed the door. "Oh s**t. she's coming downstairs." that came from Storm who looked about ready to yell at dad himself, odd. "How the hell did you guys stand to live with that man your whole lives!?!?!? Jesus Christ. " as she said that she combed a hand through her purple and blue hair and sat down between Karma and Bane who were sitting on the couch near the one were on. It surprises me that she came down here instead of going to her room. "What?" she said looking at all of us as we stared at her "Absolutely nothing." said Luca "Seriously what is it?" she said with a slight laugh looking to me this time, why is she looking at me? "Really it's nothing." I said and turned tward the now playing episode of The Office "Okay" she said drawing out the 'ay' sounding unsure.   - - - We've all been sitting at the dinning room table in an awkward silence for twenty minutes waiting and watching as dad glared at Rory and she glared back looking twice as scary somehow.  ... About five minutes more have passed and Rory started to get up and walk away and after maybe three steps dad just randomly said "Fine, you win it can happen on Friday inform your little friends." We all waited for her response or for someone to expain but she just turned around and said "thanks..." then she went to say more but just walked out of the room instead, everyone turned to dad for an explanation but he was already leaving. wonder what he meant by 'little frineds'
