POV Jake
I pulled on the parking to park and step out of my car. After a second I found Lola stretching against her car. She had the same outfit of yesterday on the one that my mouth dropped open but in a other colour. I thought it was only fair after that she dared to run around in these clothes and tease me. I would return her the favor of showing up only in my sweat pants shorts . Oh hell and what did it worked the way I wanted it. The moment she turned around she could only stare at me before she blushed in all tones of red. Especially after my comment I couldn't help myself than have a big smirk on my face ."We can go " she said in a flustered tone. At that moment I started to run with her trailing me. She realy matched up the speed I was running we runned the 10 miles in silent. Once we where back at our car we started to stretch. At that moment she poked me in my side "Hey you, I'm happy you run better and faster then your sister " while having a big smile. " I'm used to go running you don't torture me like you did with my sister " we both started to laugh.
" It was really nice I hope we can do this often? I know you are busy with work but in less then a week I start to train and play again so I will be occupied to." she asked in pleading tone.
" Yes why not it will one or two times a week but I'm really surprised you ask me this "
she started to scratch the back of her neck "Yeah I have just arrived here with only your sister as friend I really need a friend beside her she drives me sometimes crazy" she said. I could only saying while laughing " Yes I know she can be a pain in the ass".
" Have you time this week to do a other one?".
"I gonna look at my schedule and I will sent you the moments that I can" .
" Great again thank you for making time for me ".
"your welcome and I really hope that we can be friends ".
"Me to " and with that she stepped to her car . " So I can not stay longer I really have to go " with a sad grin .
" Fine I have to leave also bye see you next time" I said before running to my car.
And before I knew it she sped of in her car hoping to see her soon again.
Over the last month we had our regular running appointments .
During that time we had a great time with a lot fun and laughter. But also nice talks so I learned that her mom died a few years ago of cancer. She showed me even pictures of her mom she really looked like her mom. Also that she has family in Spain,Sweden and Finland she even speak these languages. She learned her English because she went to international school it was the best way for her to go to school because they travelled from country to country depending where her father played soccer. It was for her quite a release that soccer is not such a know sport in North America because she could be who she wanted to be . She hated that she had to watch her step every time because she was followed by photographers.
She actually felt like normal human according to her when she is Europe she is like a superstar. She showed me even a picture of a Spanish sport magazine with a nomination of 'Best junior player ' for women's. It's her last year in the junior next year she start as pro . You could see in her eyes she was so proud about it.
I have managed even to asked if she had a boyfriend on that she shrugged her shoulders "I don't have time for someone and I don't want to waste their time because I'm mostly not around '. Today is our last run before she would be gone for two weeks to play some qualifiers for the European championship. I was glad to see her again but also sad she will be gone for two f****ng long weeks. I leaned to my car waiting for her to arrive. After a few minutes I saw her pulling up the parking. She parked her car and immediately opened the door to jump out of her car and walking my way.
"Hi Mr. Happy "
"Hi miss sunshine ready for our last run before you leave me for two weeks " I said with sad smile
"Don't be sad I will be back before you know it" while she hugged me.
Like I said a lot has changed in a month time we are really getting along now.
" Come let's go "
POV Lolita
Last month was really great . Nice and quiet without paparazzi just me my family and friends. I really enjoyed my runs with Jake he made me feel like a normal human. Today is our last run together before I leave for two weeks. After greeting each other we started to run. We where almost at the end of our round. I started to slow down so that he could run a little before me. Before he knew I jumped straight on his back. He grabbed quick my legs so I was locked in his grip .
"Sunshine you let me almost fall that would be a nice sight me falling and you falling on top of me "
" Jay you would never let me fall " I said in his ear while tightening my arms around his neck .
" That's true sunshine"
" Is it okay that I call you Jay " while holding to him while we walked us to cars .
" Yes sunshine only you can call me Jay nobody else" while laughing .
He stopped to his car " are you ready to come of my back little monkey " .
" I'm not little maybe yes in comparison with you but I don't want you let go yet " I whispered in his ear.
After a few seconds I let me slide of his back before he turned "You are my little monkey if you want it or not" he said with a big grin.
" Can I ask something? "
"You can ask me everything sunshine ".
" Everything " I said with mischievous smile.
"Sure everything sunshine ".
" Can we take a selfie of our both together?".
" Come one let's take one"
I took my phone out before jumping in Jake his arms while he was holding me up while my legs were around his waist. I planted a kiss on his cheek while he looked to camera and I taking the pictures meanwhile.
It had a really cute picture of us together showing it of to Jake before I let him go to stand on my feets again.
" I really love this picture ".
"Can you send the picture to me to sunshine?".
" Yes I wil. Ready to go to a dinner to grab a little bite?".
"Yes come on let's go . I know a good dinner not far from here "
We arrived at the dinner and took a place next to the window.
The waitress was coming towards us.
" Hi I'm Sabrina" while handing over the menu " can I offer you guys something to drink ?".
" For me a coke and what do you want Sunshine?".
"The same".
" Two cokes it is I will be right back "the waitress said.
"What do you want to eat sunshine?".
" I don't know you can choose for me " while shrugging my shoulders.
A few seconds later the waitress came back with our drinks to place them to napkins." So decided on what you want to eat ?".
"Two cheese burgers with onions rings and a big portion of fries " Jake said.
"Excellent I gonna order you food and bring it when it's ready" while she winked to Jake.
After she left I could only laugh with Jake his shocked face before he found under his drink a napkin with her telephone number. I couldn't control myself any longer before I bursted out of laughing.
"Stop laughing sunshine I hate it when woman to this crap" he murmured.
Ten minutes later the waitress came back with our two plates. She placed them in front of us and said "Have a nice meal "
This burger was really delicious we ate in silent for a moment before I couldn't hold myself.
" These are really divine?" I said
"I know best place in town ".
we talked a little bit after we had finished our meal. Jake waved to waitress to come with the check after he had paid we left the dinner. We both stopped at my car to say goodbye.
" I gonna miss you Jay " while we hugged each other.
"Me to please be safe sunshine ".
As we pulled apart I couldn't help myself to say .
"Yes dad " with a grin on my face
" I just want you to come back in one piece " he said with a little smile .
I stept in my car waved for the last time and sped of the parking to go home because in six hours I have my plane to Barcelona.
