POV Lolita
I had amazing afternoon. Now and then I saw Louise glaring at me with a evil smile on her face I'm really not intimidated by her because their where a lot of people that wanted to kill me with their eyes. The moment I went upstairs to clean myself up I crossed Louise her path.She wispher yelled at me "Stay away from Jake your slut".I didn't care about what she just said and walked just past her. After I cleaned myself I went to the BBQ to take two pieces of meat and a lot of side dishes. I headed to the empty seat next to Lisa to sit down. At that moment I realised that Jake and Louise where seated in front of me. I couldn't wait to start to eat because I had only a protein shake this morning so my stomach begged me for food. I started to attack my plate to been stopped by eating because I heard Louise wispher loud enough that I eat like a pig . Oh my what do I hate this woman I couldn't keep my mouth shot any longer. "You are so stupid you know, I saw never a pig that's earn a lot of money by running after a football" I spilled out and started to laugh. Louise stood up from her chair to run away apertly to her car. "Lola what did you do?" my dad asked to me. "Lola did nothing it's Louise her own fault " Jake replied back. Nobody bothered why see took of but everyone started to talk and eat again. After I had finished my plate me and Lisa started to talk again. "Did you now see why I hate to wear a dress. I just knew it that I would end up trying to run with that f*****g piece of clothing " I said. And they started to laugh at my comment. "With you it's always all or nothing but nothing in between " my dad said between his laughs. "Lola do want to go to a party tomorrow night of a friend of mine?" Lisa asked. "Oh why not I would love to party and make a few friends" I reply."To which friend party do you go?"Jake asked." It's Johnny that organise the party at his parents place" Lisa said.
"A party from that little brat!" Jake spat out. " Please brother he is not that bad just trust me we gonna be fine". she said back in irritated tone." Is it okay that I bring and pick up you both? He asked. "Please we don't wanna bother you we can take a cab". Lisa replied
"You don't bother me I do everything for my sister so the pleasure is mine little sister " . "I text you tomorrow when you have to pick us up thanks brother ".
"Lola it's time to leave " Stephanie said when she came to me.
I hugged Lisa goodbye and waved to everyone before we left . The moment we came home I went straight to my loft I changed myself in pj's and went straight to bed. I woke up this morning and did my same routine like always. Before I knew it time went by and Lisa texted me that they will at my place in a hour. It was still quite warm this evening so I decided to wear a black T-shirt with a print and my jeans short with black sneakers. I braided my hair sideways I put on mascara and eyeliner that's it. The moment I was ready my phone started to ring.
"Hi Lisa "
"Hey Lola we are waiting in the car for you "
"I'm their in a moment ".
And I hung up the phone while heading downstairs.
I entered the car and placed myself on back seat of Jake his black range rover.
"Hi Lola how are you?" Jake asked me
"I'm great .I'm ready to party " I replied in a cheerful tone.
The whole car ride it was me and Lisa that where chatting Jake said no word but I saw him look a few times in rear mirror. The moment we arrived we jumped out the car to go to the backyard where the party was held. We entered the backyard and Lisa introduced me to a few people including Johnny. The moment Lisa introduced me to Johnny I saw sparkles in Lisa's eyes and then it hit me that's why she wanted to come she is in love with him. After she introduced me she started to dance and drink me included but I kept it with two alcoholic drinks. Lisa tried so hard to get Johnny attention but he had really no eye for her. I felt so pity about it because he was trying to get my attention he gave me even his phone number.
Lisa started to drink more and more I asked her a few times to stop but she didn't listen . She was so drunk that she had a real hard time to keep up standing. So I begged her to call Jake if I would have his number I would called him a long time ago . The moment he picked up the phone I took the phone out of her hand so I didn't want to worry him.
"Lisa"
"No it's Lola can you come pick us up please?"
"I'm on my way everything okay?"
"Yeah yeah Lisa is just a little tired "
"I'm there in 15 minutes "
"Okay we meet you at the front "
And he hung up the phone. When I turned around I saw Lisa sleeping on the floor, how I gonna explain this to Jake. Lisa Lisa wake up Jake is here in a few minutes. " Huh let me sleep" . No you have to wake up now and come with me you can sleep at home. After what seemed a hour I had finally managed to walk with Lisa to front to be just on time to meet up Jake.
He jumped out of the car to place Lisa in the back seat while yelling to me " What the hell has happened to her?". " Get your ass in the car now! " still speaking in angry tone. I was shocked by his reaction and all I could do was to go and sit in the car . He drove off fast I could see he was angry tightening his hands around the steering wheel and his jaws clenched together. I was so scared of him I didn't dare to move . " You are here a few days and you lead my sister on the wrong path" he spat out with clenched jaws. Even tightening his grip even more until his knuckles turned white. "It's not my fault she didn't want to listen. I tried a few times to let her phone you and stop drinking but she didn't listen. If I could I would call you sooner. please don't blame " I said .
He just said nothing stared at me for a second and the whole drive to my place was so silently awkward I was never so happy to be home.
The whole night I couldn't sleep thinking about Jake and his mood swings he is so confusing.
