26. Rescue

I always loved full moon nights.  Tonight however, high in the mountains where oxygen barely reached my lungs, where I had used to stay before she'd come here, I couldn't seem to have any sleep. This morning she'd either tell me she wanted to stay or leave. There was no other choice in between. I'd just have to deal with that. I'd have to deal with her leaving because deep down, I knew that's what she was going to do. No matter her feelings for me, no matter what we had had the past month, she'd leave. This I knew.
