Days turned into weeks as Luna and Alexander worked tirelessly to track down the source of the disturbances.
They discovered that the anonymous letter had been sent from a nearby town, and Luna traced it to an old bookstore that specialized in rare occult texts.
Inside the bookstore, they met the owner, an elderly man named Victor Hale. Victor seemed reluctant to speak at first but eventually revealed that he had encountered a secretive group interested in the Volkov estate’s history.
This group was rumored to be involved in dark rituals and was seeking to reclaim the power of the curse.
Victor led them to an old manuscript hidden in the back of the bookstore. The manuscript contained detailed instructions for a ritual that could potentially reawaken and amplify the curse.
But, this was black magic, with this type of magic and power, humanity might cease to exist. whosoever, this group was, no matter what their intent is, what they seek is pure evil and dark magic.
Alexander tried as much as possible, to get other information from the elderly man, but he was as cryptic as he could be.
With this new information, Luna and Alexander prepared for a final confrontation.
They knew that the ritual described in the manuscript could have catastrophic consequences if completed.
