A week passed in a swift motion. We all were busy gathering our stuffs. During the week I learned a lot from my father about supernatural world. Vampires, werewolf, witches, fairies, and so on. We will going to live in north India. The first species of werewolf began to live there, when man had not even set a foot there.

Zev was a werewolf who wandered across India in search of his mate, and eventually he found her in northern part of India. He take her far from human kind and live in the mountains. He named that place ‘Alnora’ after her mate’s name. He was the first king of werewolves. Others were follow him to the place and begun to live there. Some of had also human mates. The government came to know about their existence. They build secret search organisation. By the time passes, they came to know that werewolves were no harm to human.

After years had passed, human colony touched the border of Alnora. So the government make an agreement with the werewolf’s Alpha at that time for peace of both community because they also had human mates. Government quarters and office were developed in werewolves society for human’s rights. For their safety, they assign officers like my dad and also keep watch on them. Till now both community were following the Rules and lives normal life. My dad’s organisation Found some secret activities there two years before I was born. So My dad was transferred to the Alnora in 2002. They had me after 2 years. People from there know me very well, like my dad said. They helped my mom a lot during her pregnancy.

After I turned one, my father got transferred in Gujarat so we moved in there. Gujarat is my native place, my whole family lived there so we stayed there 17 years. My father got transferred several times but he moved alone because of my schooling. He came home every weekend. My uncle and aunty looked after us in the absence of my father. I grew up with my cousins so it’s hard to left our family there. My uncle Vicky and aunty Uma take good care of me and my mom.

“Sonia, don’t take too much time we will be late.” My father shouted from the car. I can’t believe we were finally living our home after seventeen years. It’s so hard. My aunty and my mom crying since half and hour like they never going to meet each other after that. I’ll miss my cousin sister Mira so much.

“I’ll going to meet you soon there.” Mira told me with heavy heart.

Promise? I asked crying.

“Promise, chubby.” She always called me chubby. I am healthy and curvy so she told me once that even if I’ll become thin like a stick i will always remains her chubby.

“We will definitely come, and if you don’t like that place come home, okay? My cousin big brother Neel told me.

“Then don’t let me go brother, I’ll never love any place like this. Please tell papa to go alone like every time”. I pleaded my big brother while bursting in tears.

He cupped my face and hugged me tightly.

“You know Amy, I can’t force uncle, but we will come soon. Don’t worry.” Mira rubbed my back and we hugged each other few times before leaving.

“ we’ll miss the flight, hurry up.” My dad again shouted from the car. I took place on the seat and open the window to say goodbye. I turned my face to the road when my home starting to disappear from my sight. Our luggage were already sent yesterday by road because it takes whole day to reach there. We reached at the nearest airport and finished the procedure.

The thought of leaving home made me sleepless last night. My eyes were swollen from crying. I was yawning frequently. My father seems alright. My mom looking at me kindly, she knows I am with her this time. I rested my head on her shoulder. As soon as the plane took off, I fell asleep. I woke up after four hours. We almost came to arrive. My stomach is growling from the hunger, but I had missed the lunch, so I have to wait.

We landed at the airport at 5:30 P.M. A man from Dad's office came to pick us up. We are 117km away from Alnora. It’ll take another two hours to reach there. My dad seems little bit tensed. I grabbed some chips and drinks from the airport. My dad is discussing something with the driver.

“ Amy, take out your jacket from the bag. I told you it gets colder in the evening.” My mom remind me.

“I remember, mom.” I told her, Although I already forgot it.

“ We will not take halt anywhere in between.” My dad informed us.

“ But papa, I am hungry.” What about the dinner? I regret for not taking enough chips packet.

“ we will take dinner at Alpha’s house. Alpha Jay and Luna Rea personally invited us to their house. We can’t be late.” My dad told me and my mom.

“Adi, they remember us!” My mom excitedly told my dad.

“Of course, they are also excited to meet Amy.” Do You remember they came to our home for the greetings when Amy was born?

“ Yes, how can I forget.”

It seems like I am the only stranger there. I don’t know how many people know me.
