Endless nervousness

The dining room was illuminate by a lustrous and large antique chandelier. Due to the mirror cladding on the wall, the room looks well lit. The table is decorated with expensive kitchen accessories.

A boy probably in my age, come towards us. He is cute and tall like his father but few inches shorter than him. He has charm like her mother and a handsome face. He was dressed in branded clothes from head to toe. Any girl can be impressed just by looking at him. I was wondering if the all werewolves would be this tall and muscular.

“ Ohh Nik, come here son. Meet mr and mrs Roy and their daughter. They just shifted here today.” Alpha jay said while introducing his son to us.

“Hello.” He shyly said to us and take a seat besides his father.

“ Amy, Did you choose your college? Luna Rea asked me.

“Not now, but any good Art college would be better for me.” I said.

What do you want to study?

“ My best interest is in music but in here, we don’t have any university of performing art so, I was thinking to study computer science. I’ll study music after graduation.” I suddenly realise I’ll miss my music class.

“That’s great, do you sing? Luna Rea slowly taking interest in my studies.

“Yes a bit, but my main interest is in playing keyboard and guitar.” I answered her.

“Cool. Do you play Rock? Nik suddenly asked me.

“ No, I am more into Indian classical.” I said awkwardly.

“Wow, we would love to listen.” Luna Rea said by impressed with me.

“I hope I wasn’t late.” A husky voice came from the young man who enters hurriedly into the dining room. He is taller than the Alpha Jay probable six feet above. He has dazzling light blue eyes. It’s rare in India to have blue eyes. He has straight jet black hair that fixed with gel. He has fair skin and sharp jaw. He is looking like s*x god. He is stronger and muscular than all the man I had ever seen in my life. He is wearing black shirt and blue jeans. I don’t know what happened within a second everybody stood up from their place. It’s like something controlling us. He has that powerful aura. He is Rith, the eldest son of Alpha jay & Luna Rea. But he looks nothing like his family.

“You are on time, Rith. We are waiting for you. Come, take a seat.” Alpha jay said.

His eyes fell on me when he came forward to meet my father. His veins pop out when he reached out to shake hands with my father. I gulped watching them. I was standing opposite side of him. There is only four feet distance between us. He is towering over my father. When he laid his eyes on me, suddenly a drum roll played loudly in my ears. I can’t hear a single word they are talking about. My heart was beating faster than usual. A chill ran down my spine. My knees are getting weak. I was breathing heavily.

After a few moments, everyone took their seats. I took a glass of water and drank it all. He sat exact opposite to me. The food is served right after that. There are soup, salad, kebabs, noodles , curry, rice, chicken, naan being served. The delicious food’s aroma was spread in all over the room but I lost my appetite. I was sitting with my head bent so I didn't know if he was looking at me or not. I tried to focus on my food but I can’t. The Next few minutes were quiet. Everyone was focused on eating until he broke the silence.

“Thanks mom, chicken curry is delicious.” Rith said while praising his mother.

“Did you make it all by yourself? My mother asked Luna Rea.

“ I took some help, but I love cooking. I rarely get a chance to cook.” She said.

“The food is so delicious that I ate more than I needed.” My mother said with a smile.

“ Sir, your driver wants to meet you urgent.” A maid came and Informed my father. My father looks at alpha jay for the permission.

“Oh yes, you can go Mr. Roy.” Alpha said

My father got up and went outside. After a minute or so my father came back. He seemed confused.

“If you don’t mind, I’ll drop you off.” Rith looked at my father and said.

“ Oh you got it. I hope we are not causing any trouble.” Ma father said awkwardly.

“No, not at all. I also have to go in the same direction.” He said while looking at me.

later I found out that our driver had to go to the office in urgent. Rith heard my father while he was talking with the driver. So he is going to drop us at home.The dinner is over after a while.After talking for a while we parted. As we were standing in the parking lot, Rith came with his convertible black Jeep Wrangler.

My father took a seat besides him. We hopped on the back seat. I suddenly realised that I had left my jacket in the car in which we had come. I am freezing from the cold weather.

“Where is your jacket? And my mother caught me. I was preparing myself to listen her lecture.

“I forgot in the car.”

“ How could you be so careless. Take mine.” She insisted.

“ There is en extra jacket in the last seat.” Rith turned back from his seat facing me and pointed towards a black jacket that laying on the seat.

“No i am fine.” I said awkwardly. Again my heart is pounding in my chest so hard, I can clearly hear it. Hundreds of butterflies started flying in my stomach.

“ you’ll catch the cold soon. Put it on.” He said to me more like an order. I also followed him and immediately took the jacket. I don’t wear it properly but I passed my hands through the sleeves from the front and covered myself.

He sighs and turned his back. My mother seems relaxed now. The smell coming from his jacket calmed me down. I felt warm suddenly. When the jeep started running at full speed the Cold winds blows in my hair roughly. If it is so cold in summer, how will the winter be? Fifteen minutes later we have arrived at our new home. My father did not mention the address but he dropped us at the exact place.

I put his jacket back as I got out of the car. He again shook hands with my father and left. It’s been a long day and we are tired. I change my clothes and put on comfy pyjama and T-shirt. A new chapter of my life is going to start from tomorrow. I look at the mobile screen. It’s already twelve thirty A.M. I tried a lot to sleep but I couldn't. every time I tried to close my eyes only one face is appear and that is Rith. I can’t forget that weird feeling which occurred when his gaze met mine. Even though I was wearing clothes, I felt so ashamed when he looked at me. It’s like he can see directly to our soul.

Those dazzling pair of blue eyes never left my mind. It seems that his eyes are meant to lure prey and whoever looked into his eyes does not escape from him. I slowly fell asleep due to exhaustion.
