Ravyn's POV:
I couldn't help but smile as I walked away from Xavier. I knew that I had him. I could just tell by the expression on his face when I told him I wasn't his. I knew in just a matter of seconds, after he gets over his shock of getting turned down once again, that he will be catching up to me to try to recover from what just happened. I literally could just count...3...2...1...
"Ravyn," I heard his voice just as I nodded to myself and removed the smile from my face immediately so he couldn't see it.
"I didn't mean it the way that it sounded." He continued to tell me once he had caught up to me.
"Really?" I asked as I turned to face him.
"Because it really did sound like you were claiming me as if I was an object to claim," I told him.
I quickly turned again and walked over
