The Human Mind

201 Words
UGH! What time is it now? My head is pounding from all the alcoholic beverages I drank last night! It's already 8AM in the morning and I am still feeling so numb! Why do I feel like today's a different day? *Kriinnnnnggg* *Kringgggg* UGH! What's that sound!?? It's irritating! *Kriinnnnnggg* *Kringgggg* WHERE IS THAT DAMN PHONE!!!??? It's my boss! "Hello, Sir?" "Hello Mr. Stephen! Do you plan to still come to work? Or filled your months and years being sober? Tell me as early as now so I can start to hire someone to replace you. You've been missing and unreachable for 2 weeks already! What is happening to you?" Why do humans have to deal with these kinds of problems? "I am sorry, Sir. I will fix myself now and come to work as early and as best as I can possibly do." "This will be the very last chance I'll give you! If you fail me again, you're out!" and he hung up. Again, why do humans have to deal with these kinds of problems? Can we just feel relaxed and just be sober? Humans are sad,sad humans. We are always filled with sadness, we feel too much pain.
