Go read.  The first known record of Moon Rage showed up in the year 2050. Shortly after a A Super Blood Moon, a Woman in a fit of uncontrollable rage killed her 6 year old son. After this her husband killed her and then himself.  Moon Rage. AKA Lunacy.  Lunacy is the sickness that killed 3/4s of the population.  It hit the Women first and then it hit the Men  The cure: N/A  The only ones immune to Moon Rage were preteens and teens AFAB who didn't take any suppressants. And when a power-hungry misogynist came into power he ordered The Women's Act  The Women's Act: Every single AFAB child died.  But one was hidden  One who could be the cure...to everything  Its 3020 now.
