My Alpha King

Arianna's pov I was enjoying a peaceful sleep when all of a sudden RING RING ...... RING RING ...... RING RING and so it goes. At first I decided to pay deaf ears to it but come on. I don't get it there is no reason for me to go out to welcome an Alpha's son when he is not even coming for something better. Really something like what ? my wolf Arizona asked, ummm something like.... I don't know anything I feel my wolf shaking her head at me but decide to ignore her today today is gonna be a really long day I just know it. Kinda feel it my wolf chirped in. (Sorry pardon my manners my name is Arianna and as you know my wolf's name is Arizona, we are 7 in our family my mom and dad, my two brothers and also my two sisters). And without hesitation I did my business and then came down the stairs... "Morning mom, where's dad?" "Morning dear and yeah he just stepped out to make sure everything is in order before the prince's arrival" "So he couldn't even leave a message or wake me up to tell me? " I asked acting hurt "It's not like that honey, trust me he actually thought of it but decided that it'll probably be best if he leaves you and let you have more sleep" then she sat and we dug in. After eating I sat on the couch watching TV and out of the blue I asked my mom a question "Mom how does it feel when you meet your mate" My mom thought for a while then said , "It's kinda hard to explain but trust me it's like one of the best thing that can ever happen to you as a werewolf, there is this pull you'll feel when you meet him even his smell would be captivating and alluring to you, you might also feel sudden calmness, but sure it can be the best thing ever". Almost immediately after she was done we heard my dad telling us to come outside that's it's time already and sluggishly I came out making excuses because I obviously didn't have any choice "Mom,I'm feeling sick" I say but instead she scolds me " Could you put on a good face it's an Alpha's son we are receiving here" my mom replies instead " Ugh, but like seriously what business do I have with an 'Alpha's son' who doesn't even know me" I said with frustration lacing my voice. • • • Michael (Arianna's dad) I watched my daughter say the 'Alpha's son' in a tone I couldn't even understand, she might seriously even hate the him already but I still chuckled at her statement finding it quite funny. " It's not funny at all" she vented out clearly frustrated "It's is" I replied "It is not" she fired back, I don't reply her as I turn to look at my other kids but they seem to be the opposite of her at this point because they seem not to care they aren't even disturbed I turn back to Arianna "You see, your siblings aren't even disturbed... " I said before I was caught off by none other than my daughter " they don't care but I do, I really wish I could storm inside right now... " " Sorry okay, but you must remember that the Alpha's son's coming is because he's pack is as strong as ours so it is needed so that we can be stronger and also not appear weak to other packs ...... " and I was interrupted again, but this time by my second in command Matthew "THE HEIR IS HERE " he says and I turned my attention back to the road and stood straight looking over to Arianna I couldn't even explain her mood it seemed like she was agitated and nervous at the same time, I look forward again and sigh inwardly I hope this will be over soon.
