NIRAN’S POV
The way he smiled every time something remotely hilarious came up on TV had me mesmerized. Or how he would scrunch up his face in distaste every time a character he didn’t like made an appearance had my face focused on him. I was trying to keep my feelings at bay but every second I was spending near him, reminded me of how hard I used to crush on him back in high school. I crushed on him way before he even came out. Finding out I liked my best friend and at the same time was obsessed with a girl in my class had me confused for a while but I had eventually figured the more options, the merrier except I had to hide my other side. I was afraid that if ever was to find out I liked men too, he’d quickly figure out I liked him and I’d hate to lose our friendship
