Chapter 1
My life started out great, me always wanting to be a singer, and that's what I became, from a young age. I sang everyday, making my mother proud. As I got older, my singing brought me to new places, I met new people, dated a lot, broke a few hearts, until I met my wife Hailey. With her by my side, nothing was ever bad. I mean, I absolutely loved Selena, but a part of me, just didn't feel like dealing with the drama all the time, because of her mother Mandy, not liking me. But when I finally met Hailey, her family welcomed me in with open arms, and everything went well. For a while, I checked up on Selena, by looking at her i********:, checking her t****k, looking at the internet, when she was mentioned, but my heart belonged to Hailey now.
I shouldn't have been keeping tabs, but a guy has to keep his options open, right?
Yesterday Hailey and I got married, and our lives we're gonna be great. I woke up, kissed Hailey's head, walked into the bathroom, got undressed, took a shower, combed my hair, and went about my normal day. Which usually consists of, me writing new songs, Hailey making me meals, which I loved about her, helping her father and uncle whenever they needed it, and read posts from my fans.
As a child, I would have never thought this would be how my life would be, and I'm grateful I was given a great hand. Hailey brought me my lunch, where I was, which was my music studio, that we have in the basement, where I keep all my records of me winning, and my awards from sports when I was a kid. I had to quit though, because I had surgery on my left ankle. Boy did that hurt. Hailey sat down on my lap, kissed me and said, "Babe, are you happy with me?"
I looked at her and said, "Of course I am. You are my entire world. And I don't know what I'd do, if I didn't have you."
She looked at me, studying me, searching on if I was telling the truth, and when she noticed that I was, she kissed me again, and smiled.
She said, "Good. How is work going?"
I said, while I rubbed her back with my palm, "It's going good, I guess. Just a normal day, of trying to figure out what to write about. Being a kid, songs we're easy, and now as an adult, it's hard, because trying to change your image from what you we're, to what you want to become now, is difficult. People want the same thing, and they don't like change. So I'm trying to keep part of the old me, and adding him into the new me, so I please everyone."
Hailey said, "Babe, you don't need to please everyone. You just have to please yourself, and the people, you want to please now. Sooner or later, the others will join."
She kissed me again, and when she left the room, I smiled. Her kisses we're pure magic. Like every time our lips touched, I stopped worrying about the little stuff, and looked forward to the future.
I continued on my work, making sure it sounded great, and when it sounded better, I stopped for the day, walked upstairs, and walked into the living room. Hailey was sitting on the couch, watching the News.
I said, "Babe, want anything while I'm out? I'm kind of starving."
She turned her body around on the couch, looking at me, and she said, "Yeah. I think I want some J.G. Melons."
I smiled and said, "Sounds good."
I walked out the front door, grabbing my keys on the way out, walked up to my car, while unlocking it, got in, put the key in the ignition, starting the car. I loved hearing the car just roar to life underneath me. It has always fascinated me, soothed me. Maybe that's why I love Hailey so much, because she's like a car roaring to life. Soothing me with her words. Making me feel at ease.
I put my seat belt on, and hit the gear shift, pulling it into reverse, and pulled out of my driveway. Once in the street, I click it into drive, and drive down the street, shifting gears as I go. I stop at the end of the road, waiting for an opening, and when it comes, I drive out into the street, and drive towards J.G. Melons.
When I got there, I pulled up to the drive-through, and a voice said, "Welcome to Wendy's, how may I take your order?"
I searched the menu, and then said, "I want one Bacon Cheeseburger, one Cheeseburger, two Cheese cakes, and that's all."
The voice said, "That will be $55, at the first window."
I shifted gears, and pulled up to the first window. A woman opened the window, read my order back to me, and said the price of the meal. I reached into my pocket, pulling my wallet out, and handed her a $100. She looked it over, making sure it was real, and then handed me back my change. I pulled up to the second window, and waited.
A couple minutes later, a male handed me my bag, and when I put it on the seat beside me, he said, "Justin, is that you?"
I was irritated, but I said, "Yeah it's me."
He said, "Oh my god bro, I can't believe I'm finally getting to meet you. Everyone here talks about how you and your wife visit here for the food, and I'm so grateful to finally meet you."
I said, "It's great to meet you too. I have to get back to my wife."
Before he could speak another word, I rolled up my window, and drove back home. Don't get me wrong, I love my fans, but on some days, I enjoy my privacy. When I pulled into my garage, I sat there for a few minutes, calming myself down. When I was finally calm, I clicked on the remote to shut the garage door, I turned off the engine, grabbed the bag, and walked inside.
Hailey had put two plates on the dinning room table, and our favorite drinks on the table. She loves these Purewow sodas, that come in a variety pack of twelve different flavors, and tonight she had Strawberry Basil. Me on the other hand, I had my nice Coke, which made me happy.
I set the burgers and cheesecake on the table, and when she came in, she said, "You we're in the garage for quite some time, I'm assuming you we're bothered by a fan, and you only wanted your privacy."
I nodded, and said, while we sat down, "Yeah."
We the wrappers off of our sandwiches, and we ate dinner, while having a conversation. We talked about babies, and upcoming shows, hers being modeling, and mine being concerts. When we finished our sandwiches, we ate our cheesecakes, and when we finished, I threw away the garbage, I sipped the last of the contents of my Coke, and we went to our bedroom.
I sat on the bed, and she said, "Tomorrow I am gonna start my cleanse diet again, so I can feel good about this show coming up."
I said, while undressing, "Alright."
I stood up, looking at Hailey getting undressed, and she said, "Do you want your favorite tomorrow, I know I do."
I said, "Spaghetti Bolognese. Yes I do."
She smiled, and said, "I love you Justin."
I said, "I love you too Hailey."
We got into bed, I turned the lamp light off, she placed her head on my stomach, and her arm around my waist, and we went to sleep.
