CHAPTER 1: THE PAST ‎Why!! "Why me?" Meg screamed with pain in her eyes and a quivering voice. ‎""What have I done to you to deserve all of this?"" she asked Alex desperately with tear-filled eyes. ‎""Nothing, I don't love you anymore,"" Alex replied, looking at her blankly with no feelings or act of remorse. "How could this happen? ""No, I don't believe you. ""It's not true, so you're trying to tell me everything you did doing this past years was fake? Meg asked desperately as shock filled her. “I never fancied you, and you are not my type. Besides, I stayed because I saw that you could not bear to leave Me.” he said with a malicious smirk. “What changed, this is not the same person I met or dated” Meg said with her voice filled with hurt. “People change, you don’t expect me to still be the same person you met that year,” he said as he walked out without looking back. Meg was so weak that her legs gave way. She brawled bitterly as she sprawled on the floor. She never knew a day like this will ever come in her life, even if she prepared for it. When it came, she was caught off guard. “What went wrong?” she questioned. ‎Throwback to 2020 ‎Sitting in the living room while listening to music playing on the TV, but her attention was focused on her phone. "I also finished high school but am not ready for college anytime soon" she replied, and this was where their story began.
