  Those grey eyes stared at me with sheer love and a hint of anger. Then tearing the gaze away from me, Ashton fixed them at Derek glaring at the back of his head.  "Put the damn gun down." He gritted through his teeth and I swear I saw fear appear on Derek's face but it was gone before I could pinpoint it. However, he slowly lowered his gun, and the next moment Ashton grabbed his arm twisting it around and locking it behind his back. With a thud, the gun which was in Derek's hand fell to the ground and Kaylee struggled out of his grip running back to us. Relief flooded through me and I pulled Kaylee into a hug, "are you okay?" I asked and she nodded. Ashton was holding Derek's hand in a manner that stopped him from moving. "Don't ever think of pointing a gun at another girl again." H
