The Elemental Queen

Part 3

“Well,we thought you would be mad at us for rearranging your classes.Are you?”Mark asked her with clear nervousness in his voice.

               “What,no.Of course not!I just wanted to go to school to learn.So as long as I still have math,science,history,and english,i’ll be content.”she replied reassuringly and happily.They looked ecstatic,then they got up and hugged her.She giggled a little and tried to get up,but they pulled her back and held her tighter.She struggled against them,which caused them to fall backwards on the bed.They all laughed,the boys never wanted this moment to end,Alexandra looked so happy,content,the boys thought that this moment couldn’t get any better.Suddenly,she kissed them both on the cheek.Her new found wolf that only awakened a little while ago,was giving her a headache to,so she compromised.The boys looked stunned and then they slowly smiled and snuggled closer to Alexandra,tickling her with their ears.Alexandra’s stomach started to hurt from laughter,she saw the door open to see the boys father.He looked surprised,then he looked proud and joyous at the sight before him.She tried to get the boys to look at their father,but they wouldn’t look,she was gasping for breath,and trying to get their attention.

             “Y-your f-father *laugh* h-he’s *laugh* h-here!S-s-stop!P-please!”she panted through outbursts of laughter.They stopped and looked up at Alexandra,she was wiping her tears away,she pointed towards the door,and their father was leaning against the doorframe,silently laughing to himself.Alexandra thought that for a king he was very laid back.The boys were sitting up now and were looking towards their father,their eyes glazed over.Alexandra was confused.

             What’s happening with them? She asked her wolf,Shadow.

             Their mind-linking,they are talking to each other through their mind.she explained.

             Oh,thanks Shadow.

             No problem.

             Suddenly they came out of the trance and they hugged her both and pulled her on the bed,she gave a surprised shierk.They held her close,looking up at her with their beautiful green,emerald,eyes.

             “Can we show you something?”Mark asked lovingly.She silently nodded towards him.He took her hand and held it towards his heart,suddenly a moon and 2 stars appeared on her hand,and she gasped,the boys looked like they would explode from joy,they snuggled and her close.She noticed the boys hands had the same mark,suddenly she felt really dizzy all of a sudden,she slipped into unconsciousness.
