Chapter 9 The injured man kept trying to reassure us he was okay and there was no reason for an ambulance, but I insisted that he be taken to the hospital, even if it was just for precautionary measures. When I asked him if he needed anyone to go with him to the hospital, he refused, saying that he would find his own way back as quickly as he could. He insisted there was no reason to wait around for his return, time was short, and we should go on with rehearsal.
